25 washes in 9 months, wow!

I'am male. My height is 6′ 1. The device shows the full length of my foot 8. Length to ball 11. Foot width B. So what is my shoe size? I don't understand. I'm wearing 8.5 work boots, does that mean they bend in completely the wrong place? Do I have short toes?

I have three pair naked and famous, a pair of PBJs, a pair of Okayama, and a pair of the black Wrangler Western $30 pair from a western store and besides my PBJs, my wranglers are by far my favorite pair of jeans.

Lee 101 are my favorite brand when it comes to denim. Their rider jackets are as iconic as Levis. Brando, McQueen, Newman, and, of course, Dean all regularly wore Lee. They have been around forever and pretty much every modern denim jacket on earth is fashioned after either the Type III or the Lee Rider.

When you look at a well used belt you will notice that it is bent in the center; this is a sign that it is a victim on a single belt loop in the back.

How do you arrive at a 10 and a 10.5? I can see your toes going past the 10 (so 10.5) and the arrow on the arch is clearly indicating 11?

I love wrangler's cut, and its back pocket position, however the arcuate and the leather patch position are not to my liking, if I buy one I will unstitch both like how you did on yours

Levis lost me years ago when they started making the pockets shallower and went from 7 belt loops to 5. I then went to Dickies, just left hem since they no longer offer raw indigo. Recently landed at these Wranglers.

I honestly think the seven belt loops looks better, even speaking as a skinny guy. I would pay an extra £5-10 for a real leather patch though.

I lived in Canada for 7 years straight and worked in construction. I used to wear thrm all day every day shine or rain. Now i have moved to India and can't get them here. It's such a shame. Wrangler is the best denim brand "EVER". Their denim jackets are the best too, especially the 126 MJ

I seem to have the same foot shape as you do, and Viberg is recommending that I just get half a size up for a pair of 2030. I thought you said you tried in every size, and that still did not work? Will you wear a pair of 2040 instead? Since there is no 2020 available at the moment, unfortunately.

I prefer the fit of the 47mwz (the “modern fit” cowboy cut) in rigid as the denim is slightly darker blue and whiskers in a more distinctive fashion. Also, the waist fit (higher in back) and deeper front pocket openings (easier to get hands in) make it my personal perfect fit. Also between $33-40 all day every day.

I've been doing alot of boot videos lately,, guys like you, Jake, Dale, Jimmy(Trinity / Man Cave Cub), Full Grain Podcast, etc.. have really inspired my boot journey.. its been almost a year since I went from buying a pair of Doc Martins and discovering Rose Anvil.., lol., to grabbing a pair of Shinki Lofgren engineers most recently.., even if there's any older boots you have laying around that you haven't covered.., greatly appreciate your content! i really like the kind of details you go into

Beautiful fades. I just bought the relaxed taper. The taper is extreme but I like the 12.5 high waist. They might go well with my GS Dune Longwings that you influenced me to buy. 😊 By the way, they are my favorite shoes. You have excellent taste. 💙 ps. I don’t have to worry about ball crushing as I’m female. 🤣 Still, high rise is most comfortable.

I agree with the wrangler jeans. 7 belt loops. Deep pockets. Inseam and butt room. Wearing wrangler since the 1970s.

I used to buy Levi's jeans, however, they fall apart way too fast. I do a lot of physical farm-style work and Wrangler 13 MWZs not only hold up, they're almost indestructible. I recently retired a pair that started tearing at the bottoms of the front pockets (the jean only, because I always carry knives, a pen, keys). I live in Texas, and buy mine at the local Academy Sports for $25. There are plenty of real cowboys around here and I'm not trying to look like one of them - I simply remove the rubber brand and the small black label above the right rear pocket. To break them in, I wear them into the sower, make some squat movements, get my butt to work. Mine have to be washed often, because of all the hard use. Some friends and I have a saying, "wear the paint off it," which means new gear is fluff unless you actually use and sometimes abuse it!

I bought these in a bigger waist size so they would sit rather low (a good bit under the belly button). Do you think that helps the ball crushing? I think the low rise is definitely a problem if you pull them up to wear em like a high rise, but if you got them in a bigger size and wore them lower it should be fine no?

And yes having a flattering back side is attractive FOR EVERYONE…. Not just women.

I like how guys think “ I love how basic and non-individualistic and conforming these are..” as though anything that’s the opposite name any form of individuality is bad. That’s sad…. That said THE FIT is what’s important, and second is THE FABRIC. the combo of both will make even the most basic outfit look great.

If you're going to cut the W and the patch off the back pockets, why not just cut the pockets off too? After all, who uses the back pockets anyway? There is more than enough room in the front pockets for wallets and tobacco tins and all the other junk a man could want to carry in his pockets.

These are probably ideal for skinny tall guys, I tried a pair and hated them.

I'm a little stumped as I've measured my feet exactly like in the video but it says I'm a D and there's no way in hell I can be a D. I measured my left foot to be 11 inches in width around the foot with a tailors tape. I've never fit shoes with D widths I've always preferred EE. I ordered Nicks boots in 12.5 E and they didn't even fit me I had to go up a width.

I found a pair of old Wrangler 13MWZ at my local thrift and it’s a perfect fit and looks great with my boots. My only complaint are the small pockets but I can live with that. I also admire Wrangler denim jackets and will get one when it cools down.

thank you so much for this great explanation video. from my experience this will never work with British and italian shoemaker brands , i know how to use Brannock device decade ago . my size on brannock 10.5 which is the conversion charts says 9.5-10.5 UK size and 43-44 Italian size, i have more than 20 italian and british shoes and boots all my italian shose sizes are 42 and the UK shoes and boots size 8 and 8.5 some brands 7.5 and some times 8, like tricker, john lobb, crockets & johns , faragammo , santoni , carmina and TLB. all this brands i wear size 8 ,8.5 uk and 42 euro size .one more thing i would like to say is to get your best fit is to try the shoes physically at the store buying online is a big risk specifically for overseas shipping . thank you so much again for the video 👍👍

Fantastic video. The one thing that drives me crazy about every Wrangler review is that no one ever models them with sneakers on. I just wish someone would throw on a pair of chuck taylors, or adidas all stars or something!
