Load hunting, gauge will be vary entry side and exit side different different . So maintain to gauge ,servo load correction and at last AGC correction is correct or not.

Checked gauge deviation ,calibrate to the gauge on regular base ,take sample results of the gauge .This is primary check list.

Thanks for questioning , Are you tried by MPI or Profibus? Both have different baurd rate and selection. So let's try to baurd rate 187.5 kbps or 19.2 kbps. After setting of communication by pg/pc interface , computer or laptop should be resart compulsory. two ports both used , port 0 for communication from load cell weight transmitter, PLC address 2, Highest address 31, baud rate 19.2 kbps. Port 1 is used for HMI , PLC address 3, Highest address 31, baud rate 187.5 kbps. port 0 is used as free port to read values on demand duplex mode. Upload is possible from port 1 only if I change port parameters to PLC address 2, baudrate 9.6kbps but in stop mode. After upload can change mode to RUN but same position unable to monitor .

ETR and DTR motor both create the tension by opposite direction of motion.
