We finally lock down the worlds first MR2 10 second All-Motor pass. This video details the 4 passed we made that night and the changes we made to make it happen.

Test pass to sort 60 ft and 330. In the heat with a headwind. Still managed an 11.3 at 123 with a 7.2 to the 1/8. Our best 330 to date.

I just got my MR2 and already popped the 3SGTE out and have a K24A2 ready to go in.
How much clearance does it have for the intake manifold? It seems like you can get in quite a few options but curious about a skunk2 ultra race or itb setup
I thought about this for my 3SGTE but it would be five reverse gears and one forward gear, wouldn't it?
You know whats not fun? When you sell the entire OEM assembly before watching this video. 😦
i just got one and i think they gave me the wrong one. where it holds the linkage its side by side and not stagered like yours so fitting it in there didnt work. and i noticed the throw is not long enough going into 5th on my 91 mitsubishi gto (3000gt). im hesitant on sending it back since it took 4 months to get here. emails to sqs and rzcrew racing (where i got it from) are few and far between. debating if i should just get a new disk and base plate machined. it would probably be faster than sending it back in. any thoughts on this?
quick question about the electronic speedo on 93+ models, what kind of signal does the instrument cluster want? I have a JDM 93 car and installing a standalone ecu+new engine harness. I'm having some issues getting the speedo working (Maxxecu race)

Hi can you do a video with shifter on you car ? Was wondering how is it with dog box gearing and this shift combine. I bought this sqs cfe shifter and I feel the shifting don’t really match with my gearing . Sometime it’s smooth sometime it’s clank in. Having a really hard time adjusting it.

Eric, what's the secret to making cruise work? My shell has the CC stuff in place.
Just make sure cruise ecu powers up and that you are sending tach signal to dash.
other car had bad reaction time. looks like it would have been a good race if he knew when to let go of the clutch.
Was not racing the other guy. Only cared about loading the drivetrain and getting a good launch.

The shifter need to have electrical power before you can even shift it? If there is not power you can’t shift the shifter up and down ?
It can shift without power. The power is for an assist solenoid in the assembly. It decreases shift effort.
Thanks for sharing this video . Really help a lot. There is not much infor on this shifter . I bought this shifter recently and have yet to install with my ppg straight gear dog box. It’s for my Evo 9 , 5 mt gear box. Was wondering have you ever after install example encounter “ on gear 3 up shift to gear 4 or down shift to gear 2 the gear didn’t slip in and it’s like on a “ neutral “? Was just wondering . Appreciate you did respond !!!! You are great!!!!
@@michaeltan-m2d You will need to modify the arms at transmission to get the throw lengths right. The biggest concern is if it performs the front/back cable action but does not complete the front/back action, thus causing a money shift.
Those brakes are nice! Thought about getting a set of wilwood brakes but this changed my mind
Well I did buy it and installed it but on my E153 it seems to bind in 2nd gear often. Feel like going back to a normal shifter.

Hi brother, how many horsepower can e153 transmission support? Have you had any problems with your transmission?
The e153 has seen well over 800whp. The issue is in the syncros getting beat up on high rpm shifting.
@@HuxRacing oh sure, i currently have a sw20 project. do you think original e153 can 400 hp? I have a sw21 hardtop and sw20 T-top few people know about Toyotas where I live, which do you think is better for a drag project?
@@danielmercado4327 If you plan to make no more than 400, either will work fine. If you want to have endless transmission upgrade choices, then the k is the way.

is this a Cannibal or with a Honda transmission? Is the Honda transmission really that bad if we aren't racing it or is it primarily dig stuff? Does the stock fuel pressure have to be changed?
This is on Stock k20a2 trans. Honda trans is fine for NA use f you do not Dig. Stock fuel pressure.

Hey bro, is the e153 toyota transmission better than a k series??
In stock form it will easily hold twice the power a k trans will. Once you start upgrading them its pretty much even. The K certainly has a larger aftermarket support .
Any idea what the total cost for this extreme built MR2? I supposed if I have to ask how much, it’s prolly cuz I can’t afford it.
5:30 Quick question. You mention throughout the video not to run bigger than a 40-amp circuit (255 pump) for the fuel pump on this harness. Did you mean 20-amp? Because I run a 450lph pump on my Supra with a 30-amp fuse that has never blown. Please clarify. Just ordered the kit from you. Thanks.
The rear power feed is from the front fuse box. It is fused at 40amps. This is only a 10 gauge wire and running anything bigger than a 255 pump will draw down the voltage to the ecu and cause other issues.
