Who needs presents when you have this deliciousness gracing your table? These bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles are the perfect combination of crispy, savory, and festive. Whether you're looking for a last-minute side dish or just want to impress your family with minimal effort, this recipe is here to save the day (and your Christmas dinner!).

* About 16 asparagus spears (washed and trimmed)
* About 10-12 slices of thin bacon (thicker bacon will take longer to cook)
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* Black pepper (to taste)
✨How to Make It:
1. Prep the Asparagus:
* Wash your asparagus and cut off the tough ends. Discard those ends.
2. Season the Asparagus:
* Lay the trimmed spears in a 9x13 pan (or similar-sized dish).
* Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus, then sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper for that extra kick of flavor.
3. Wrap with Bacon:
* Take each asparagus spear and wrap it tightly with a slice of bacon. Thin bacon works best since it crisps up faster.
4. Bake:
* Preheat your oven to 375°F.
* Arrange the bacon-wrapped asparagus in the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them! Pull them out around the 12-15 minute mark to avoid overcooking, as the bacon will continue cooking the asparagus after being removed from the oven.

🎵Music credit: Liborio Conti.. thank you so much!!🎵 ✨Cook the desired amount of potatoes and eggs. ✨For Papa a la Huancaína: (this will make about 2 cups) - Sauté 4 ají amarillo, 1/4 onion (or a few strips), and 1 garlic clove (diced) in 1 tbsp of oil for 2 mins. - Blend the sautéed mix with a strip of queso blanco, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 cup evaporated milk, and 8-10 saltine crackers. - Add 1/3 cup regular milk and 1/3 cup vegetable oil. If too thick, add more regular milk.

✨Recipe✨ Bistec a lo pobre is a delicious Peruvian dish featuring a juicy steak served with fried eggs, crispy French fries or sweet potatoes (season with salt,pepper,garlic powder, and oil), plantains, and sometimes rice. I did a salad instead. To make it, season the steak (I used a t-bone but normally made with a thinner cut) with salt, pepper, oil, garlic & onion powder, then pan-fry it to your desired doneness. Fry the eggs sunny-side-up, prepare the fries and plantains until golden, and serve everything together on a plate. Enjoy the mix of savory flavors and textures!💋
