Ganito gumawa ng Crispy Okoy na Kalabasa | Squash Fritters
Crispy Okoy na Kalabasa na may Hipon Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 pcs shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 sm size kalabasa ( we need 5 cups shredded or thinly sliced kalabasa in this recipe )
- 1 large size onion, thinly sliced
- 1 to 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 chicken bouillion cube, adjust as needed
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- cornstarch ( for coating )
- cooking oil
Shrimp Batter:
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour, dissolve in water until you achieve lightly thick consistency
For the Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 5 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp sugar, adjust as needed
- patis ( fish sauce ), a few drops
- chili flakes, add to your liking
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 medium size cucumber, diced

These cookies baked from a lower oven temperature because it gives the dough time to properly spread. A different temp can make a huge change in the outcome of your cookies.
