If I had to distill what I imagine heaven sounds like into 15 seconds it would be 2:05-2:20. This song can literally choke me up if I allow it to.
Yess
❤🎉😊
Hey ! I like this one a lot too!
Simply brilliant!!
Simply brilliant!!! 👏
This is what being 16 felt like.
Birth of speed metal and they weren't even a metal band. Alex breaking new ground.
Dave's vocal was/is untouchable!🎶🎤🎸
Thanks Jonn
This is ridiculous. Inhuman. The timing of this song is absurd. lol. How the hell can he play that. It's just amazing.
Just put on an album, (my fav is Fair Warning) ... EVH will never die. 🎉🎉🎉
In my opinion this song captures the essence of VH perfectly!
By far one of my favorite EVH songs. Perphaps one of the best songs rhythmically played. Its a clean sound that cannot be duplicated. Eddie is and always will be the best guitar player next to Jimmy Hendrix. I miss him and his music they are forever some of the best memories of listening to music that I can remember growing up.
Not sure if it's my end or not but, the sound is barely audible .
Best song of the Van Hagar era
Thank you dear John Burgent i love you Burgent
I was born in 82, so I can't speak for 1979...but I have to think Osaka, Japan was pretty much blown away with this performance.
They shoes nasty. Where they been walking?
no sound
I love instrumentals but this is testament to how good a vocalist, lyricist David Lee Roth is. When he left they were just not the same.
I hear you , however I think diamond Dave needed the rest of V.H. As much as they needed him as you can see no ones looking for Dave's solo stuff ~ no crazy from the heat Sh#t
Roth did not ("did not") have an very good voice. He had an "interesting" voice. He had an certain ability to phrase and to enunciate vocals which by the standards of the time (the early mid and late 1970's), were different and unique. The wildcat like screeches, hoots, screams, whistles and coughs were remarkable. At that time. And they were very different from the vocals and vocalizing of persons such as Steven Tyler, and the vocalist for Boston, Brad Delp. Who had an wonderful voice. High and clear, and with great depth and range. Roth's voice was "different." But, (but), he was not an very good vocalist. He had no depth, no range, no clarity; his voice did not soar, like Delp's voice. And he could not sustain an note. He made the most of what he had. The real vocalist in Van Halen was their bass player, Michael Anthony. He had an excellent voice. His harmonizing, in the studio, and on stage, "helped out" Roth. Roth was primarily an performer and en entertainer. Not an singer. Roth also had Edward Van Halen playing guitar. Which certainly helped. As I believe most people will agree. And he had Ted Templeman "on the board" in the studio. As well.
@@dermotanthonydavidkyne1019 I see your view however if Michael were to sing by him self he would be the lead singer of the Bee gees , V.H. is a prime example of team works they all needed each other.
They went towards love and keys. I love the red rocker but not after 5150.
Well, I don't think it matters who was singing! Saw them with DLR 3 times! Amazing concerts! Saw them with SH 4 times! Amazing concerts! 🤘

THE BEST WILD THING COVER EVER!! LISTEN TO EDDIE SPEAK ON THE GUITAR🙏
amazing
Alex snorted a bit too much before this one
How do you know this did you see him or did you read that some where just asking
Most underrated VH song. Unbelievable playing by Eddie.
This version captures Mike's high vocal part at the end so well, I have to appreciate it! Sounds like on the album!
I hear absolutely nothing I can't even hear Sammy fart
Amazing track
Dave surprisngly sounds awesome here.
Why is there no sound???
Sorry Dave, it’s better without the vocals.
I just can't take his yells that's all😂
Genial!!!!!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
i'm filling in the "UHHH!!"
😀👏👏👏👍✔️🇲🇽
nice
Tempo a little quick.
I believe the term is “pharmaceutically enhanced”
It's called pharmaceutical cocaine 😂
Much better. Can’t be listening to Van Hagar. Eddie, on the other hand. 👍
This is awesome but I like the Sam Kennison version better.
This was not on Live Without a Net. Not on the VHS or DVD version of it. It may have been from that show but from my knowledge this was only on a live radio broadcast. Like a Westwood One thing. It was a huge deal to me and my brother and we recorded it from the radio and listened to it constantly. Specifically this song cause it is so cool and I had never heard of Wild Thing before or heard the Troggs version.
You're 100 percent correct
I'm feeling isolated now
Do you think there will ever be another band like VH - the greatest front man, the greatest guitarist ever, the best back ground vocals, and a drummer that is off the charts? I'll tell you right now that it's not going to happen ever. So Sad, but at least we were living during the time of the Mighty Van Halen!
Couldn't agree more ..I'm fortunate to have them in my early life...every weekend was VH and party...I tell my son he missed out on the 80s..
Amen to that!!
Alex bringing it!!!!
Isolated?
I like how you can really hear eddies vocals on this one
Sounds FAST
I agree I’ve been on a year long Eddie binge and have completely fallen in love again with the David years the early stuff The Original
