Strengthening Human Rights through Regional Engagement
This side-event to the 56th Human Rights Council session, organized by the Geneva Human Rights Platform, aimed to present the findings of the Treaty Body Follow-Up Review Pilot Series, an initiative jointly run with the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Pacific Community - SPC. The event informed improvements in the follow-up review procedure as part of the new eight-year cycle for full reviews. The initiative, conceived as corollary to the broader treaty body strengthening process, involved pilot follow-up reviews in Sierra Leone (2021), Grenada (2022), and the Pacific Region (2023). Specifically, the objectives included assessing the effectiveness holding follow-up review sessions at the national and regional levels, fostering closer engagement with national and local stakeholders to ensure the practical implementation of human rights obligations, and identifying best practices and challenges in the follow-up process.

this is now 100% backed by the UN human rights organisation among other global organisations, if you search in your browser australia human rights neurotechnology protecting cognition you'll find the official paper about it. its a sick world now & they are 100% experimenting on humans in a pitiful manner. they started out using very bad people but the problem is, what are they going to use the resulting technology for & then it becomes an issue of global importance. if you need somebody intelligent aware & very stable please contact me as I can help you understand the methods & processes they use to enter the mind & "not control" but interfere with our right to have a life. I can definitely help academic researchers with no fear of reprisal or punishment to scientifically understand how they do it. happy to spend as much time as it takes in the lab to prevent this technology entering everybodys mind eventually once theyre good at it. they dont allow links but please in your browser search for australia human rights neurotechnology protecting cognition. they actually know whats going on & are actively taking measures to stop it. the pdf is very good as it contains a pdf from the australian commissioner of human rights. how can we organise to make the population aware of what these people are doing. its 100% fact they're doing it & it's now satisfying to see these academics & organisations gathering to build a defence for the human mind & our human rights. we need to help them by gathering constructive information to help them understand the atrocities that minds are suffering on a global scale & somehow publicising the results on social media. maybe a website where people can give their accounts of their experiences, so it can be used by researchers to understand how the technology is used at present. the end goal is the execution of those responsible in trials we can dub "the numberberg trials"

Some civilians such as 'Romola D.' are articulate spokespersons on the type of strategic Neuro Cognitive small scale Warfare enabled by AI Cyber enhanced Signals equipment . Most victims are in the dark and grasping at straws. Also, there is no international data base of complainants, nor means of checking the veracity of their symptoms.

1- If you establish such a tribunal and you leave the western powers out you are complicit in their crimes of aggression so don't even bother, we don't need another court of injustice. 2- If you establish such a tribunal you have to research both sides of a conflict, the plaintiff and the accused, often the real instigators are those who bark the loudest, in other words, a one sided tribunal like 1945 where only the Germans were accused and where all the magistrates were anything but neutral had nothing to do with justice. If you bring Putin in, you have to bring Zelensky in as well and provide the same opportunities. 3- Of course the ex post facto situation has to remain prohibited, no affidavits without representation and the re-establishment of the "without the shadow of a doubt" principle. 4- The solution of conflicts between states or heads of states or properly accredited representatives of a state require international absolutely neutral bodies. And whatever else is needed to bring back a sense of fairness and justice to this world, a system protected from the influence and corruption of all powers that consider themselves above the law while submitting everyone else to the most outrageous and sustained barrage of accusations, the real instigators...

Interesting debate indeed. when one speaker talked about critics on ICC in the context of Africa he should have mentioned the failure to investigate efficiently on the Georgian Situation as well. It is clear that the politics played a huge role on the lengthy investigation of ICC on the Georgian situation and its failure to investigate other crimes rather just one (War crime) and only one episode of atrocity. So, it would have been more interesting if the speakers mentioned Georgian situation as well, because the Aggressor was Russia at that time, and also talk more about the failure of International Community to react on the aggression of Russian Federation against Georgia.

Federal Russia as many as other western States such US have been utilizing use private military and security companies (PMSCs) for a wide variety of tasks traditionally performed by soldiers in the fields of logistics, security, intelligence gathering and protection of persons, objects and transports. The international legal obligations of contracting States, territorial States, home States, all other States and PMSCs and their personnel have been restated (together with recommendations of best practices) in a document accepted by most of the States concerned. Contracting States remain bound by IHL( Humanitarian International Law ) even if they contract out certain activities to PMSCs. In many cases, the conduct of PMSCs can be attributed to the contracting State by virtue of the general rules on State responsibility, or the State has at least a due diligence obligation in this respect and must ensure that the PMSCs it contracts act in accordance with IHL. Beyond the few cases of activities IHL rules specifically assign to State agents,[92] it may be argued that IHL implicitly prohibits States from outsourcing direct participation in hostilities to persons who are not combatants. As civilians, PMSC staff may not directly participate in hostilities. PMSCs and major contracting States often stress or claim that PMSCs have only defensive functions. The performance of such functions may nevertheless constitute direct participation in hostilities. This is undeniable if they defend combatants or military objectives against the adverse party. The most critical, difficult and frequent situation is when PMSC staff guard objects, transports or persons. If those objects, transports or persons are not protected against attacks in IHL (combatants, civilians directly participating in hostilities), guarding or defending them against attacks constitutes direct participation in hostilities and not . In my view , I claim that the very restrictive elements and terms of labeling foreigners involving persons in hostilities as mercenaries have to be revised and developed to meet this very crucial belligerent actor and this indispensable step shall be carried out by Geneva 3rd convention parties as well as ICRC .

What he says is true. Many people think they live in righcuss societies until they are subjected to torture. Then they realise the taxmoney is spent to keep them victimised by hinder them legal process. By doing this state hide corruption from international corruption index. Without a corrupt legal systems that participated in such types of constallations torture crimes could not exist. I have discivered several such pyramidscams ive been a victim by it and I have seen others been subjected to it aswell and seen the statistics in it and its not a thing that is rare. In contrary its the norm like Nils says. Thus just as he says its far from implementation. Nobody talks about legal systems that subject people to torture systematicly for making a personal profit by it. Victimisation crimes by states comitting contract crimes and secluding citizen by branding innocent people with character assasination is the largest forms of torture. One of the major patterns are when money is created by debt people are treated badly
