For me personally, I felt like it was to much. You're definitely right about it not having the same vibe as aberration. When I checked it out when it launched, it didn't feel like abb. Everything is way too bright and not as glisteny as it was in ase. And to be fair, the biome I like the least in asa is Bioluminescent Forest. Which sucks because it was my favorite in ase. It was absolutely killed in asa. The feeling of depth was also ruined in the game as there is too much fog. In ase you could see the green zone really well from the blue zone and vice versa. but now because of the fog, you lose the feeling of being in a cave, and instead feel like you're in a generic fantasy forest. Unrelated note, they decided to add the pyromane which makes no since at all as it was supposed to be a center exclusive tame. I was really hoping for aberration to help the game, but instead it buried itself.

they need that optimization update to come out... in its current state the game is unplayable for most. i've been playing since the game released and i truly miss the old devs that used to respond to inquiries like Susan, Jen, hell even Ced used to respond, now its silence and unresolved issues that linger for yearsss. one day when the maps are all released and all the performance issues are resolved they'll actually have a AAA game on their hands. for now its just an underperformance from a studio that grew beyond their own capacity.

ascended is way way better, just get a better pc and everything is fine

its been a while since ive played evolved but when playing ascended i havent had any issue with it. maybe im just blind but i personally wouldnt have known the difference unless it was pointed out to me. i think there are a lot of other things to criticize ascended for that stand out much more than this like performance, lighting issues, and other weird shit that happens on screen in certain situations, like if you peek up to the surface during the day how awful and fuzzy it looks

They probably didn’t copy the lighting because the optimization is so terrible the game would have run at 10 fps on a super computer

When they pulled the jeep in the shop they disconnected the power to the dashcam. Then when they were pulling it out they reconnected the power. There isn’t any missing footage. One dealer always unplugs my cam when they service. they said they don’t want audio and video on in the shop to protect privacy of other owners information and vehicles. Don’t know how true they were. You can always contact them to see why they unplug it.

I had 3 oil changes, notice I didn’t say free. Nothing’s free. I just changed my Jeep oil and had to use a breaker bar to get the drain plug out..

Try opening the corrupt file in vlc player... it will open almost anything, weekend corrupt files many times

Stealership for an oil change, first mistake. Any tech doing their job right, keeping their clothes on, not pitching a fit about something, should not mind being filmed changing oil. I use cyberlink Powerdirector to read files that other video editors say are corrupt and can't read. I kind of doubt there is anything funny going on but I can probably open the corrupt video if you want I should try.

I am 61 and never had a shop do an oil change. Not because i don't trust shops, because why wouldn't i do it myself. I have never met a dishonest mechanic and i have never heard of a dishonest shop, it would put them out of business.

The dealership where I go to has a very good reputation and does not cheat their customers. I have been cheated at a private garage and they used inferior parts. I have dash cameras on my SUV that can run 24/7 recording. They save movement and or vibration. Out of interest I sometimes look at the videos from them when the SUV has been at the dealer. When I bring the SUV in for service, they allow me to go in to the garage to see the vehicle and speak with the tech doing the work. I have been going to that dealership since 1986 when I bought my first SUVs. I had most of the servicing done at that dealer. I know of cases where people have gone to these discount places to have their oil changed and have service done, and they got cheated. If you really want to check if parts were changed you can go under your car and put a small piece of black duct tape on the side of the oil filter, put a small black mark on the air filter, and on the air conditioning filter. Take note of the manufacture name on these parts to know if they are putting back good quality parts when changing them. Take a photo of the parts showing them very clearly to have a photo record of them. As soon as you take the vehicle out of their garage go under it to check to see of the parts were actually changed and what they are. If the parts were not changed and not to the type indicated on the bill it is best to confront the service manager.

All people are bad drivers ! They aren't even smart enough to stay off and away from the centerline, they use thier vehicles to obstruct the road and freedom of others, never use or properly use turn signals, etc etc. If u cant stay out of the way, stay home - forever!

We leave them on for road tests but turn them off before entering the workshop, as we don't want everyone knowing where the expensive equipment is located! Also, are you really ready to hear what the mechanics got up to on the weekend? 😂

If, you go back. Which I would not do, tell them to put on the work order to "Not Fuck with the Dash Cam.!" If they can not do this you will take your business to a place that can. All of the shops you can get a cheap oil change at will do this "321 point inspection" because they think you will buy their opinions on work they say is needed.(Mostly not needed, they try to sell you things based on milage on the vehicle. Needed or not.) Get a second opinion from a tech that you trust.

I will have an independent mechanic do my oil when i am injured or had surgery.try getting you're drain plug off after a dealer has done it.i have had to use a sledge hammer on the wrench.then replace the plug.

Cameras seem to be becoming more common. I don't care for being recorded. Never know what people get upset about nowadays. I never mess with the camera and just respect their property.
