Nothing can touch the Sur-Ron seat for comfort and ease of seated riding. Transitioning to seated is simple with it compared to the rest and braking is vastly I mproved as you can move further back. I took apart my terrible EUCCrazy seat and used the base plates to attach the Sur Ron seat as with the two indents lining up stops it moving to the side at all. Also the tried the soft and hard EUCCrazy seats and they are both terrible.

I feel like tires dont really matter its mostly about the rider and how he works with the EUC and adapts the riding techniques

I would suggest using an automotive rinseless or waterless wash instead of regular soap. The reason is that soap leaves a residue on the surface unless you rinse it off. I would only use soap on a very dirty wheel.

I have a 2018 Kymco X-Town and I love it, I hate shifting. I am really tall and just got tired of the hassle. your scooter is nice and a very reliable brand. Congrats, ride safe pal.

Just a heads up. Make sure you pull apart the correct side. I didn't realise that I did the opposite side to him in the video and the last two screws for the mud guard cannot be undone from the right side of the wheel. Now I need to reassemble and redo everything 😂

slightly different comparison, I switched from a 2019 650 to a 2023 1050 and I can't think of one category were the 650 was better, except the fuel consumption.

i don't have a EUC but plan to get one something that worries me about velcro is the thought of leaning forward or backward hard enough that the pads just drop off and you might take a nasty fall

Will the Michelin Pilot Street 2 - 80/90 R14 also fit on the Veteran Lynx ? or would you suggest going wider for the 90/90 R14 size if this size fits that is?

The 650 is globally lighter and easier, but the range of senations is smaller. The 650 is more 'utilatarian' , the 1000 is more confortable and for long runs. I would say the same about V STROM 650 and 1000; I had them both , and used them for different missions...

@mathieu I just don’t get one thing: what are PK better than we take a regular pads and remove only front top acceleration pad. Don’t we get the same result? I’m not sure about heel part, does it differ from regular back bottom pad? Does it block your heel from possible lifting during acceleration?

Hi, i have had a 400 (£1500) and a 650 burgman, (£6000)i regret spending 4 times the price and should have kept the 400. Cheaper to run and as much fun. I know have a piaggio x10 350. And a yamaha xjr 1300. I always use the piaggio. Love it.

Salut ! Très bon test, souvent vu l’inverse, ils donnent la vstrom plus confortable surtout avec un passager, mais intéressant du coup ! As-tu mis des valises depuis le test ? Il paraît qu’avec des valises le passager a les talons qui touchent les valises donc obligé de mettre les talons sur le repose pieds et vient taper dans les pieds du pilote.. qu’en penses-tu ? I'm so jealous - I have a 16" and I don't think it's possible to get this valve to fit. I've had 4 flats on my T4 and all of them were caused by defects in the tube. So sick of this crap.

Thanks, very helpful. I plan to replace the rear shock and spring assembly. It appears to be much more straightforward then I expected.

Not enough storage space for travel! I have around 120 Liters of storage space on my simple motorcylce (two sidebags of 35 L each and a topcase of 47 L). The burgmann storage is only a third of this I reckon. And I can easily add a tankbag with additional more than 20 L and two small 8L bags at the engine protection bars. Sums up to 153 Liters !!! So that box (storage) is definitely NOT checked for me. 👎
