You make a good point! When I drink Cellar Aged by itself, it’s amazing! Up there with the best… but when drinking with or against others, ya it doesn’t hold well. I’ve also seen many many people say the same, it fails in blinds. Weird.

@@scooter2d2 No we didn’t find out the proof… but ya we lost a bit because of a leak. These little barrels are more fragile than we thought so we tightened it too much. And it broke.

Yes I agree! While it’s not horrible by far, I really did have my expectations up there with all the hype leading me into getting 2 bottles! Bad no. Let down? Totally.

They don’t set anything out you have to ask for it. Anything “ allocated “ is behind the counter

@@Juannavarrolagos I’m sure it varies but I think they keep it behind the counter and if it doesn’t sell out they eventually put it in the shelves. If they only get a case or two. But if they get a big shipment it goes on the shelf right away. Stagg’s, Gone in Sixty Seconds. The Blanton’s, EHT’s, Eagles, etc… sat on the shelves for hours… sometimes into the next day or two. Total Wine Pro Tip: if they let you purchase online/app, and you want to guarantee a bottle, you can pay extra for “expedited” service and they will save it for you. If you simply purchase, it’s not guaranteed and they will still sell it first come and you lose your bottle.

FYI…..if you hear of the drop at TW and you dont see on shelves alway ask the front customer services. Alot of times theyll have behind counter or in back room. After their 1st shelf stocking they usually wont do a restock. Works for me.

I find STAGGs everywhere here in Fresno, but cheapest I purchased them for was $49.98 at Walmart.

I have only since it in my local store twice in many years. I didn’t ask but I’m sure someone in store could have more info. I’m guessing it’s one of those things where if they get it, they get it.

The video itself isn’t a true blind of all three. It’s more of a blind in a sense that we don’t know which one will we choose to review, so we wouldn’t know what to expect. If we blinded all three the video would be too long. So we split the “blind” into 3 parts.
