I just ordered almost exactly the same set up but I went with solar panels. I have not opened the boxes yet but do i still need batteries when using the solar panels? Or do I need rechargeable batteries? Thanks in advance.

I got a new L home and 2 L remotes. It worked for 5 days then the remotes quit sending. Shut them down and started them back up and they Say good signal strength but are not showing linked to my home cell on the app

I have a question maybe you can answer it. Question: when i try to add a phone number to my camp it now says " due to cell carrier SPAM policies we no longer support image texting " i noticed this do to the fact one of my cell phones no longer gets imagines from my cameras anymore. I still get emails.

Is that a homemade device or an actual for sale item? Not that I have any need for one. I’m thinking it’s a hopper from a paintball gun attached to an electric leaf blower? It looks handy for whoever would be able to make use of it. 👍🏼

Know your deer movements before they start dropping. I have a few hot spots every year, but year to year they also move differently depending on the crop rotations. Second tip, and more importantly, don't worry too much about success. Just get out and enjoy the time you spend walking and enjoy who you are with.

Golden content my guy. Wish I had known these tips when I set my system up initially, nonetheless it is working great for me. I would love more videos like this. I have one remote that has lost its link, so I am planning to buy more cameras and place one somewhere to get it's link re-established. Crazy that you live that far from your systems and hunting ground. My closest remote is less than a 60 second walk from my house, and the home cam is maybe 3 minutes away on foot.

New to the cuddeback links system. See this video was back in 2021. Curious if you have tweaked any settings since and/or if you have any new recommendations. I am running the L series, no glow with a dedicated cell home. Testing it out now with hopes to add several more cameras. Thanks in advance.

My guess is a disruption in service. New batteries definitely wouldn’t hurt anything. I would say put the new batteries in and re-run the Cell test.

Hey man, thanks for the post! Nice to see how things went for you guys. I have a cuddelink question. Here in western Iowa we have been in a cold snap, -42° windchill was the coldest I saw. My cameras quit sending pics (cell) right after it started getting windy with the cold. When I get to the home cam to check it out, what should I expect? Batteries? Or is there a shut down feature the cameras use if it gets too cold? I dont know a lot about the system and don't want to head out there clueless.

I bought the Cuddelink system with the J series verizon cell camera about 3 years ago. I watched your initial setup video and it worked flawless for two seasons. This year I moved to an area where ATT network works better. I reached out to Cuddeback and unfortunately the sim card cannot be changed so I either had to buy a new ATT home camera or the L series Cell Home base station (has both ATT and Verizon sim cards) which is what I opted for. I think I have hodge podged enough info from your videos to get it working but is that a video you can put together in the future for someone like me that has to change the home unit to the new L series instead of the remote cameras? Thanks for your videos.

I am setting up my cuddeback system in an area with near zero cell service. Will my cell home unit still recieve pictures from the other cameras and store them on the cell home SD csrd?

You wouldn't have been happy with that footage from the main cam only... couldn't hardly see him. He will slip up again...
