It's great to see you guys back. Ben, this is the first US army I've seen that didn't have loads of M4s. It seems the dice were playing their own tricks. It was an extremely tight battlefield that added its own dimension to the game. All up, it was a fun game to watch, and thanks for presenting it.

Sorry, I nearly missed this TH-cam up to its old tricks. Young family, career, and hobbies, yep burnout will get you every time. Made far worse by not wanting to let anybody down. Sleep will remain just a memory for at least another 10 years. Just take things one step at a time. The new location is a new start. Feel your way into your new community and discover new people who will not just play but help out with the channel. You will find scheduling and time management a great help. Instead of starting again, boot's and all. Set a weekly limit to the channel work, focusing on quality rather than a guaranteed set quantity. We are all pulling for you. Oh, out here in Australia, the term guys have been unisexual for nearly 3 decades.

Sorry to hear you have been struggling. Been there and got the t shirt myself. I have learned a huge amount and I humbly suggest you put you and your family first and don’t race to get back until you are ready. Set realistic goals and just look after yourself because if one of the holy triangle, mind body and spirit, is out then you will struggle. If you want help happy to advise but I will be honest because that is how I got better through a damn good friend. Best wishes

Glad you are back, always liked your stuff. And hope you find more local players in the new area. Always loved 8 foot tables.. Just playing "normal" games on it too. Like Warhammer. Makes it more tactical with moving etc.. Played 2nd Ed 40k back in the days on 8x5. Bikes were fun! :D

Dude, your face when Bree said she still had 2 'toons of Canadian tanks to bring on was priceless 😂 I think that your deployment was a bit off though, and rushing the T55s in early on would have helped secure the opposite back line, even though casualties would have been high. Still loved watching it, and on to the next one, thanks again for uploading!

Clash of steel is nice to start, but you get a few tanks you won't use in bigger quantities because of their costs in FoW. If you like the bigger starter sets, you could also buy them 2 times, then you can built every version of every tank AND you have more than your 100 pints for a complete army.

Late to the party, but… Maybe I missed something, but the M109 deployment was just weird, and I don’t think they fired a single shot in the entire game, so there’s that. The Americans didn’t seem to have the numbers to counter what the Soviets brought to the table, but I suppose that’s what the first stages of Team Yankee (the book) tells you: it’s delaying tactics, slowing them down and thinning the front echelon herd until they’re reinforced. Enjoyed that guys, and thanks for uploading.
