These advices on the surface make sense and are okay but some of them i kinda disagree like the bad habit friends one . Honestly i specifically disagree with the "game friends " you mentioned. They do are friends out there that you can enjoy doing this hobby together, however that depends how toxic they are to you. If they push you to play together every time and not have an alone time with yourself. I would call these people just toxic people or "comfortable friends" . Basically they are those people that are too comfy with their lives and dont dare to take risks or change their basic routine. I had these kind of friends and they pushed me to hang out all the time with them , playing games and going to the same places every time . I know sometimes its okay to have a group of friends that you mess around but honestly if you are 19+ , i think you should find some more serious friends and when i say serious , i mean those that help you and are basically suitable with you . Not just doing the same old habit together. Its hard but they do exist. I also dont agree with the "being smart " section. Honestly, why the hell everyone suggests that we MUST know how money works? Sure its useful but i cant fail to notice that everyone suggesting that just to get more money . Why no one says how to MANAGE your money? I swear , the moment they do get a huge payment some people will spend it on the wrong thing . I think you should first know how to spend your money and where to and then how to get more money. History books are also something you get to read in pretty much every book , but sure if you want to learn world history why not ( even tho you do get taught that in school as well ) . But what about those that dont really like history? Why we MUST learn history when we already learn it from school? But honestly if you dont know some basic level stuff , you are kinda silly and yes you should read them again but other than that i dont see any reason to read MORE when you already been taught in school. Also the "DONT read them " its so dumb , you suggest us to read books about 1. How money works , 2. World history 3. Our country's history and then you say to find our favourite topic and DONT read them 😂😂😂 What a sick joke my dude 💀💀 If you have said " get a summarise of your favourite book and decide if you want to read it or not " it would make more sense but just reading the summarise and being more " smart" its just dumb. Sometimes you just have to read the whole book and even if you dont have to , let me read the whole book man , i am the one that want to "waste " my time on a book to get more knowledge. ⚠️ ( i just seen at the end thst you recommend to read the book so you gained back your respect, Internet people dont whine on this i noticed my mistake ) ⚠️ The rest of the video is fine but as i said , it just feels like you just mention these and dont really express your thoughts more on them like how to be better sociable or talk more about how NOT to be an animal All in all , my advise is simply live your life on your fullest , you will find your purpose. But let me tell you something . You will never ever find your purpose if you whine all day and stay at your home all day , you have to go out . I am introvent and it might was hard to do so , but trust me its worth it

I used to be a bad habit friend, I'll be honest but these 2 friends in my life did not leave me like any normal person would they dragged me out of my "im just dumb" phase and I realised that being smart doesn't just come naturally you have to put in the hours and effort, soon your grasping capacity increases and people would tell you, your just smart dude

1st one already got me. I was (and probably still am) a huge gamer, with both irl friends and online friends I gamed with for over 15 years. Wasted a lot of opportunities, ventures, and financial gains in my early 20s because I was to afraid of losing those friendships I had made. It started to control my life and my decisions that would have otherwise not have. As much as I love the friends I have, the good times we all had over the years, I realize how much it is actually holding me back in life, the damage it is causing me towards progressing as a person. So I've decided to take a huge gambit into changing that, along with fixing my past mistakes altogether in the hopes of achieving to be the kind of man I want to be. It will be a long journey, with a lot of sacrifice, but it brings me peace knowing where my path inevitably leads, and hopefully this will inspire my friends to also take the plunge into greater heights as well.

It's not that discipline is hard. But you have to do it everyday. That is what's hard.
