Good race bro, those penalties were ridiculous. Not using the braking line is next level. I always try to use markers/signs for braking when possible but do rely on it to help gauge speed sometimes. I agree with your reply above, the game has been less enjoyable recently.

kudos on ditching the braking line. I know just how hard it is to get back up to speed (switched it off 6 months ago and I'm still not there). I find when I get unsighted or when I'm off line (i.e. during an overtake or to a lesser degree in defence) that that is when I get into trouble. The "top players" in this game are quite funny about it too. They can often be found claiming it makes no difference yet they religiously run it. Personally I think it helps a lot in situations like I described as it provides a handy reference to tell you if you're going too fast/slow for your current position/speed. So much so it's likely unconscious. While I feel it absolutely doesn't make you "faster" it does help you to be more consistent and as I mention, those off line situations. It's an unpopular opinion though. Keep up the good work! 👍 Oh and is it just me or has FRR become insanely bad lately? That was 2 penalties you got that where not your fault. Suffering the same myself.

Good race, one of my favorite cars. Is this the 6 cylinder? They used a 4 cylinder for a couple of years that was actually a little quicker off the line IRL. I think it was after this though.
