Mork and Mindy 78
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 28 ก.พ. 2021
Just a channel dedicated to all things Mork & Mindy, the sitcom I loved as a kid, the rediscovery of which has (outside of family and friends) probably helped me more through the pandemic than anything else. With grateful thanks to all who were ever involved, especially the late great Robin Williams & the wonderful Pam Dawber...and their amazing chemistry.
My paltry music vid attempts (generally set to music from as close to the run of the show as possible), along with some old ads, promos and bumpers...and whatever comes along!

Mork & Mindy - The Best of Fred (A Conrad Janis Tribute)
An (apologetically) belated tribute to the late great Conrad Janis, and Fred C. McConnell, forever my favourite TV Dad.
He passed earlier this year and this should have been up far quicker, but afraid Real Life gets in the way even of unashamed fandom.
Combo of some of the Best of Fred sound tracked by Conrad and his Tailgate 5 and his Beverly Hills Unlisted Jazz Band.
Stars (naturally) Conrad Janis and Robin Williams, Pam Dawber, and features Elizabeth Kerr, Geoffrey Lewis, Lyle Waggoner, Jim Staahl, Jonathan Winters, Crissy Wilzak, Linda Henning and Shelley Fabares

A second installment of *some* of the Ad-libbed, gags, improvs and in-jokes on the show by both (mostly!) Robin and other members of the cast that made it into the show. Part 1 is at - th-cam.com/video/E8xDaDzO850/w-d-xo.html Loads more naturally, these, and those in Part 1 are just some of my faves. Mork & Mindy - 10 Most Affecting Moments
มุมมอง 19K2 ปีที่แล้ว
Ten of the most memorably affecting moments (for me) from the show, that stuck in my head growing up. Some emotional, some poignant, some dramatic. Not the romantic side of things (though arguably you could count one!), just a solid reminder of how good the actors involved were beyond comedy.

Mork & Mindy - Best Mindy Reactions
มุมมอง 47K3 ปีที่แล้ว
In Honor of Pam Dawber's 70th Birthday - A little tribute video of Mindy's best reactions/responses to life with Mork (in order of my favorites). Happy Birthday Ms. D. (or Mrs H)! Robin, Tom Poston, Jonathan Winters and Howard Storm all said she was one of the best 'reactionary' actresses in the business. Remarkably able to take the comic storm about her in her stride, and the show never would'...

Mork & Mindy - The Wedding - 40th Anniversary

40 Years ago this day (15th October, 1981) Mork & Mindy tied the knot ...in the very to the point "The Wedding" Full ceremony. The Episode still makes lists of Best Wedding Episodes ever...but given the groom comes back from very nearly being a dog, it is pretty unique. Pam & Robin ftw. with Elizabeth Kerr, Robert Donner, Conrad Janis and Shelley Fabares feature. And James Staley (the man Robin...

I miss Robin Williams,_ so very much. I wish that he was still here.
😊
0:26 in CHEERS this actor played an episode. He was Carla's boyfriend, he was a hockey player.
WANKER
Saved the funny one ‘till last, eh? At!ar!ar!ar!
I had a huge crush on Pam back then. When the show was canceled = 💔.
Robin Williams Genius. Bless you Robin for all the laughter you give us
My God what passed for good sitcoms in those days. The stupidity of shows like this cause your brain to literally melt. It wasn't until Cheers, Fraser, Sienfeld, Scrubs, etc that we finally learned what great comedy was..
Pam Dawber...stunning
I had the hots for Pam when I was young.
I can't argue with any of thise selections. I had a feeling the final story arc, involving Joe Regalbuto's evil Saturn character would make it. It's easy to forget how deep this show could be. If only ABC hadn't kept changing its time slot, imagine what coukd have been done with Mearth exploring his new world... For the record, Joe's character breaking free from his foam statue, saying, "Mooorrrk, your days are numbered!" was high quality nightmare fuel.
Attending a filming of sn episode must have been a riot for the audience😂
I remember watching an episode once and Mindy comes into their apartment humming the theme from Laverne & Shirley. After a few seconds I realized the surreal nature of that since Mork actually MET Laverne on an episode of Happy Days! Mindy was essentially confirming that they are also in a television show.
The amazing talent that was ROBIN WILLIAMS!
For me thebest M&M line ever was when Mork was upside down on a lounge chair. Mindy yellad at him: "It's not nice to sit on your face".
We all know that only Robin Williams could have played Mork ( since it was written for him ) but Pam Dawber as Mindy, no one could have played it better……
I had such a crush on Mindy back in the day...
Just a great show! Thank you for the memories 😃🤙
“You have the script ……….”. He drives everyone crazy but it was good fun.
With all the reruns on Cable TV, you'd think Mork & Mindy would be one of them.
Ad lib doesn't mean there was no script , it means robin williams tried something other than what was written for him .
And that's what made him one of a kind, he always went the extra mile to deliver banger performances.
I subbed
I had a mad crush on Pam when I was a Kid. Loved this show!!
Beautiful. More reasons why these comedy-drama series earned Emmys for best made for TV drama series. 😅😅
This brilliant actor will be missed forever.
When the studio audience was real. And oh my goodness they had a ball.
I am curious if Pam gives her husband, Mark the evil eye like her character, Mindy does to Mork.
10:30 I started crying. Toughest scene in the show to watch emotionally
sounds like pam spent 4 years laughing with robin williams and thats agreat thing to do
Incredible acting all round. Keeping a straight face in that environment - torture 😂❤
Ty for sharing these great moments from more and Mindi love ur channel 🇨🇦👏
great choices
It mustve taken forever to film one scene in view of Robin's unstoppable talent
I am glad that the number one moment was when Mork had returned to his normal size in the very first episode of the second season. It was really good to see both Mork and Mindy have a good and happy cry for themselves.A nice piece of acting!!!
Whatever happened to Vidal I Petersn who played the Elder?
Makes you wonder how they ever got through a taping. And the "wanker" bit wasn't the only time a show got something past S&P. In an early Star Trek: TNG ep, Picard clearly says "merde," which is French for "shit" (this was back when they were TRYING to make him a little French), and there's a scene in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" where Spike flashes a "V for victory" sign...but its with the back of the hand towards the viewer, which is the Brit version of flipping a middle finger....ended up being show in the title sequence for the rest of the series' run!
Such a sad loss to the world, a lovely man, he made me smile in good times and bad. They were brilliant, and went together like bread and jam. I'm Irish, hence the bread and jam.
Bloopers are the best😅😅😅😅😅
A genius ❤❤❤❤
“Oh, I know that. I’ve read Lolita”😂
Pam Dawber was so freaking cute. I still find her adorable with her lobg hair and dark eyes. Robin Williams was a tremendous talent to make people laugh. Too bad he couldn't find nothing to laugh at. Why Robin, why did you have to kill yourself?
Pam was my crush in HS.
This is truly the lost episode of “Mork and Mindy”!….”Woah!Humor!…Ark!Ark!!!”
I love Robin Williams rest in peace but I was in love with Mindy and still am❤ such a beautiful beautiful woman 💖
Im part Italian and i thought the wop sticks thing was hilarious! Honestly
What mom jeans looked like before she had you.
2024, and 61, Pam was stunning, heart broken when Robin left us, but SO grateful he was here, RIP Robin
Love & miss those two!!🥰💕
Robbin: Gooood Moring Vietnam: "adlib".
Nice to see someone has done their research well. As a M&M fan who has looked into the series and has a few scripts, you are spot on, and it shows how little most fans know about how TV shows are made...
