There is no dead zone. This is just fairly strong FFB, and the AC FFB translated through a SC2 Pro

As for my experience, almost all of my online racing these days is sports cars and mainly Hypercars and at the moment, I am having the best experience in LMU :)

@tomtabone7949 If by that you mean do i play the most popular racing game alongside famous real life drivers such as max verstappen, Norris and pinto, then yes I do.

I was comparing how the car feels, looks and sounds in both,. not the sims themselves. But you are correct and I don't think Kunos is even going after iRacing with Evo.

ACC braking is much better than iracing. the ABS and TC is much better modelled. I guess if you don't drive cars that use them it doesn't matter, but GT cars do. I don't know why people think iracing is so good. EVO feels much more realistic to me also.

I feel the same, it was also why I couldn't get into ACC. Ye I wasn't slow, but it was just a "convey experience" type of thing. While in iracing the feedback is very very clear. I also feel in AC it's very clear. In ACC it was like dampened mud, like I just could never really pinpoint. AC Evo feels way better to me, but also has the "loss of feel" during mid-end corner there's some irl racer throwing a fit about it currently on yt aswell and ppl been crying about it since release on the discord overall I enjoy ac evo, but it feels as if they made it a bit too easy intentionally so worse drivers hype it up a bit as "better", but it's quite clear from the laptimes that it's a bit too good to be true for now^^

Yes you don't have to mount them and it will work but you will have 2 holes on the back of the wheel.

Yes it's similar but I think they have improved it in AC Evo. I like it a lot as well :)

I liked it more in AC Evo overall when you put everything together and when it comes to the driving. IMO the car in EVO feels, drives, sounds and looks better. If you add the racing however, there is none currently in AC Evo so iRacing is still your best bet :)

iracing actually does look good now, they got rid of the yellow tint. It's the only sim that has actually a clear image with no blur, even evo has still a ton of blur and also flicker going on. Iracing just somehow on streams looks like dogwater, maybe cuz they often use this grey weather + fog and streamers seem to play on lowest settings since it's prob hard to run well on triples and stream

Thank you! :) I really like the look of both and in some scenarios I like the look of Evo more and in others, ACC looks better. Worth mentioning though that in AC Evo I am unable to run Ultra settings just yet but hopefully with some optimization, we will get there soon :)

@ I have not yet got ac evo. But I have heard, and I’m sure you have too, that when the full game comes out or overtime whilst the games being closer to full release they are going to optimise it

Yes no doubt performance will improve and so will graphical fidelity as well. Currently special effects like smoke, tyre marks, spray etc are still missing and who knows what else under the hood. As you said, at release, Evo will look and play much better than today, I am sure :)

Well said! I don't think Kunos are looking at competing with iRacing when it comes to AC Evo. As you said, it's closer to AC1 than ACC. It's good we have different options and titles :)

You can change the steering ratio, I highly doubt it's wrong, just different perhaps to what you see elsewhere on default

On purpose I have not spoken about the graphics and just making the disclaimer that we cannot compare this very early version of the game. Having said, I really like how it looks so far and the blurriness and ghosting of ACC is gone so only good news on that front :)

First of all you’re an absolute dumb. Why he should make a video to “intentionally make it look bad” in the same time saying very good things on it? Your brain must see the evil everywhere. Just because he say hes chase cam was bugged and you didnt see it on others videos that doesnt mean is a lie, also, you realised that he has a fov different than hours maybe? if you check on socials, people are having so many different bugs and everyone experience is different. Last but not least, do you play in triple with the exact same settings? Show it and prove it. cause triple is not optimised yet but im sure MR “my game looks better” know it. You must come from gt7 or forza to take chase cam so seriously. 😂 show your game pad brother

I am making it look bad by saying it's superior?! Not sure if you are racing on triples or single screen but the camera is bugged indeed for people on triples. A quick search on the Steam community page and you will see more people on triples having the same issue with "rigid" or "stiff" camera. I found a workaround there but basically have to be re-doing my camera settings every time I want to record a chase cam footage and I will do it so in the next video the chase cam will look better. There are more bugs for triples such as DLSS not working, TV camera is even worse etc and I haven't complained about any of them, that's early access after all there is a reason why Triple screen and VR support step 2 is coming out with the next EA release. No need for assumptions or accusations... a simple question would have been sufficient especially since I have been nothing but positive about AC Evo post and pre release. Happy racing

Yes you are right, this is v0.1 after all. I remember what ACC looked like at v0.1 and I expect Kunos to make the same progress with AC Evo :)
