I'm back with a new video and this time it's Penelope Featherington from Bridgerton. I know season 3 was out half a year ago and the wallflower has already bloomed but I guess it's never too late to make dolls on Bridgerton Characters.
This doll is inspired by Penelope's look from the first ball of season 3. She ditches her signature outfits in shades of yellow and wears this beautiful emerald dress. It is truly as Lady Whistledown writes, "Diamonds aren't the only gems that sparkle".
