I have a question, is your sofa the ‘light brown’ that is on Costco home page? It doesn’t look ‘brown’ even on Costco page. If this is another color please share item number so I can look to see when that one will be in stock. March can’t come soon enough (that’s when Costco says it will be back in stock for shipping).

Ran ino this review .. I have walked away twice this weekend from this couch. I was exited thinking it was washable since it looked like the covers zip off easy. Any experience with having to wash the covers ?

I also hate that I can’t tap a night light on apart from starting a whole routine with sounds etc. The whole point was for me to have a clock/alarm/lamp so I wouldn’t need to sleep by my phone at night…. But this device basically can’t do anything without using your phone. Defeats the purpose for me. It is pretty but doesn’t even do the functions I would want it to

is it gray? i went to the website said it said they have it in light brown and dark gray. based on what i am seeing, this must be "light brown?" i am looking for a sectional and your review/video is great. only thing is the color, i am looking for a light gray and not light brown.

Thanks for the review. How deep are the seat cushions? I want to make sure our next couch has very “deep” seats for lounging and movie watching.

Hello 👋 I saw your other videos where you mentioned about bad back. How’s this one working you so far? Is it worth it?

I have the 8 pc Lowell sectional In white. The seat cushions are still so white, I can spot clean and throw them in the wash but the ottomans….. omg looks like I threw them in the dirt & never get clean so I’m returning it after 2 years & getting this one.

How do the pieces connect? I know you said it’s a heavy couch but do the individual seats slide/create a gap or are they connected?

What is the length and width of the couch setup in the video? I'm thinking about doing the same layout too!

Did you experience any bad off gassing issues? That seemed to be an issue in the Costco review but it seemed exaggerated.

Are the cushions able to be refilled if the padding breaks down or can you not access the filling?

Thank you for posting this review. We also have the Thomasville Lowell 8-piece and we are returning it because when laying down I can feel the wood frame between the pillows. I don't know if you had that problem with yours but it was very uncomfortable. We are considering buying this sectional but are unsure if this also sufferers from the same design flaw, since it's both a sectional and it has feather pillows. Is this comfortable when laying down?

Why did you hate the Lowel one? I saw it today in Costco and was contemplating between that one and this one. I love the face that I can remove the seat cushions and back pillows on both but the one has the feather which I once had (for over 20) years)!and loved but finally had to let go of,so when I saw this one I was excited; not sure if it’s only good for laying on as opposed to to sitting on. What didn’t you like of the Lowel one? I have a Thomaville and have hated it since we bought it because it’s so taught. Hurts my back,but I don’t want to be laying down all the time either.

A prepaid label? So you got it for free? Well at least you’re honest that it’s not worth the hype, the paywall for the routine, sounds, sunrise settings is such a huge turnoff considering that’s the main feature of the alarm clock. I wanted this solely for those features since I work overnight and am waking up completely against the natural sleep cycle. I never wake up to a sunrise and never get the peace of being able to wake to birds chirping. So I wanted this to help create some of what I’m missing working overnight. But I’m not trying to pay $170 (it’s 169 now) for a glorified clock.

Its 1,799 now you can go back and they will give you back 400 dollars

I am seeing it on sale right now and it looks really nice I want I’m curious how firm is the frame itself will it sag and what is it like underneath the cushion is it solid my sofas now I hate they have spring in the cushion and they started to deform and it so uncomfortable

I have the Thomasville Lowell and I hate that I can feel the wooden bars of the frame under the seat cushions. It’s son uncormfortable to lay down. Does the sereen have this issue or is there more padding under the seat cushions?
