I think you're an overthinker it's not spirituality because you do feel anger within yourself you're attracting towards spirituality but it's not for everyone. People have to sacrifice everything attachment anger jealousy overthinking and negative thoughts and even their own family to go in a path of spirituality you do talk like a saint but you're definitely not woke up till there's so many things you have to know about it relax and live your normal life a spiritual person is beyond your thoughts you can just talk but can't accept the reality of acceptance I'm not spiritual person but i know them just like you. I request you to not tag yourself as a spiritual person please it's not for everyone.
