They don't look like Marinette and Adrian they look like almost completely different characters

In seasons 1-2, they actually felt like REAL characters with REAL two-dimensional chemistry. Adrien had a litte bit of sass going on with this popular guy type of persona, kinda his chat noir side. Marinette was ACTUALLY relatable. Their alter egos actually FELT like cool superheroes who know what they’re doing. LB’s confidence and CN’s flirty side were depicted sooo well. THIS is the reason the show was even successful in the first place. But now.. they’re literally UNRECOGNISABLE. It doesn’t seem like a superhero show at all. There’s no stakes and “character development” comes out of absolutely nowhere. It’s so random. And their superhero personas are completely erased, they act EXACTLY like their civillian forms. The show has dumbed them down sooooo bad. It’s not just because of the animation, but the actual PLOT. The writing is non existant. Literally watch one episode from season 1 and compare their characters to season 5, you’d think they are written by entirely different people. They are soo one-dimensional, they act like complete babies. Some people will probably say, “oh, they are teenagers, they are going through so much more stuff” but thats not even the point. How can an original fan of the show be expected to actually take interest in two characters whose unique personalities have been wiped out?

Marinette would’ve had my name if we got the older version but I’m kind of happier with her name as it is.

I’m sorry but I don’t like Marinette as a main character cause she’s a creepy stalker and she’s never called out for it. Adrien is a way better main character than her cause of his life and how he’s father treats him

I think it would’ve been better if Adrien was more stoic while his counterpart, Cat Noir was more childlike and upbeat just to show that Cat Noir is the real person while Adrien is a mask.

Well obviously she’s definitely a sociopath. I’ve known this for ages. She’s also a manipulator and narcissist. She obviously loves praise, admiration and being thought of as “special” she’s fitting for the attention whore trope; someone who continuously craves praise constantly. It shines through her character. She’s also a control freak Her sociopathy and other traits are shown in Chameleon and even more in “Ladybug”, Hoaxer and “Confrontation” (and several other times in the show) Loved “Confrontation” by the way. It shows in her irrational hatred of Ladybug Well yes Tikki and Plagg are the god beings in the Miraculous universe, I thought we already knew that.
