@@chicobkt Si, es necesario conectar un pc, en mi caso utilizo un mac mini que ocupa poquísimo espacio. En la respuesta anterior me he equivocado por que pensé que este video era de la mesa FLX4 (tengo otro video muy parecido), con la FLX4 si puedes usar tablet y móvil con la FLX10 no.

It is depend of laptop and tablet but in general, it is much better a laptop, also it is work fine with ipad or iPhone.

Hi, it depends on the money you want to spend and the purpose you want to give it. For example, the standard for DJs are the Senseiner HD25, they are closed headphones. On the other hand, for home you can look for speakers that color the sound like the Pioneer VM70 or KRK ROCKIT, or other types that are studio-grade and deliver a more realistic sound, for example the Adam Audio TV5 or Focal Alpha 65 EVO. All these monitors are for home use and are something like the lower mid-range. I hope I have helped you.

@@evaosmond8790 It depends on what you consider how to master it xD. If you use sync, it is really easy to mix songs, as for the other functions you can master them in less than a week. If you don't use sync and want to learn beatmach, it is much more complex and therefore will take longer. It depends on what you're going to use it for. If you're just going to mix at home, then it's better to have a better and more powerful system. If you're going to use it at parties with friends, or need more portability, then buy a cheaper system because if it breaks you won't worry as much. I honestly haven't tried it, I understand that to connect a guitar it would be better to have an amp with an equalizer. As for the Mackie it has 2 TRS XLR combo inputs, depending on the drum machine you have you could connect the guitar to the drum machine and the drum machine to the speaker, for example with the Roland TR8s you could do that setup, but if you're going to use a drum machine you'll also need an additional power supply, right?

@@pacotiniebla Well... it's not really a drum machine, but the digitech trio plus (powered by a power bank). It's a guitar pedal with drums and bass playing, after you select drums genre and teach notes. I will use a small battery powered digital amp with amp simulation and effects (spark go). So the electric guitar will not be connected dry. Only the mic will be connected straight to the speaker. I will be able to mange EQ and gain for the guitar, but not for the mic. Sorry for my imprecise question, and thanks for your answer.

@@danielbarbieri8199 I think it will work fine with that setup, although it would be better to try it in a store to get your own opinion on the sound of the speaker. It doesn't have phantom power (48V) so if your mic needs it (probably not xD) you'll have to do it externally.🤔

How did u setup traktor and mixer? So usb cable from Pc/ mac to xone mixer makes 4 channel and efx also from traktor on a/b?? And k2 connected with lan to xone96?

When choosing between the Pioneer FLX4 and the Numark Platinum FX4, it really comes down to what you’re looking for. The FLX4 gets you into the Pioneer ecosystem, which is the standard in most clubs, so it’s great if you want to get comfortable with the gear you'll see in a lot of pro setups. On the flip side, the Numark Platinum FX4 has four channels and a longer pitch fader, giving you more control and options for mixing. If you want to stick with industry-standard gear, go with the FLX4. But if you’re after more channels and precise pitch control to make better beatmaking, the Platinum FX4 might be the way to go

@@Corruptness Currently the price of the Opus Quad has dropped, but when I made the video it was around €3,300, and FLX10+Mac Mini + screen = €2,400/€2,500. With the second option you have a Mac to use as you want, it also analyzes the songs directly and there is no need to continually export to USB. The Opus Quad is not as portable as you say, since it weighs around 14 Kg. Personally, I consider that if it is placed in a walkcase, the mac+flx10+screen is an option to take into account. Also, at the time I bought the Flx10 because the Opus did not have the Layout CDJ3000+ S9. It has recently been leaked that alpha theta is going to release the successor to the xz (xdj XA) I hope that that be a real 4 channel all in one with the Layout of CDJ3000+ A9.

The controller connects via USB to the PC. Be careful because it has two connections on the back, one that only powers the device and another that powers+transfers data. If you connect it to the PC you have to use option 2, power + data. You also have to connect the RCA output to the speakers. I hope I have helped you!

Hello, the DDJ is a better device than the FLX4, but I wouldn't buy it because Pioneer may stop supporting it and you may not be able to use it with Rekordbox 7. The "successor" of the DDJ800 is the FLX6, which is somewhat cheaper.

@@dennislovesbass It always works fine (if you have a good computer), but I think the fault could be in the making of the video, the audio from the camera at that point may have been mixed with a delay, with the audio from the controller. I recommend that you buy it, especially if you are not going to take it out of the house, since you connect it directly to the PC and you have all the tracks on it.

Hi, it’s a very personal decision. Here are the following pros/cons: Pioneer FLX4: It has the workflow of the mixers and decks you’ll find in clubs since most decks and mixers are Pioneer. It can be used with rekordbox (Pioneer’s software) and Serato. These companies are financially stable, frequently release updates, and new products. For example, Rekordbox 7 was just released. It’s cheaper. Fewer channels, fewer FX. It has FX pads and a sampler. Traktor Kontrol S3 MK3: It’s a somewhat more professional setup, with 4 channels and balanced audio outputs like XLR. Pads with distinguishable colors. It’s more expensive. Native Instruments has not been in its best financial state for some years, usually doesn’t release updates for its products, nor new products. The mixer was launched in 2019 versus the FLX4, which was launched at the end of 2022. Looping on the Traktor is done by pressing a button and turning it. On the FLX4, it’s done by pressing an in button and an out button. The new Opus Quad has integrated the function to loop like on Traktor. Hola, pues aunque sea bastante más barata la flx4 tiene más funciones porque en los pads tienes fx beat jum beat loop sampler etc, en cuanto a tacto no he probado la omnis duo, probablemente sea mejor (también tiene los loops estilo traktor, pulsando un botón y girando y una buena pantalla). Yo la FLX4 la uso con una tablet ( NXT PAPER 11, también se puede usar con un movil) y me funciona bien, por 500 euros tengo un set portable y la tablet alimenta directamente a la flx4. Creo que la decisión es más bien personal dependiendo del dinero que te quieras gastar.

Usb to computer and rca to rca/xlr/jack cable for speaker, it depend the speaker you have.

Hi, laptop is powering ddj pioneer ddj flx4 and the speaker is a mackie thrash 212 go that has battery, the audio come from FLX4 to speaker by RCA cable. My laptop has 3-4 hours of autonomy, the speaker around 7-8 H. If you have a good mobilephone you can manage the FLX4 from the mobile phone,It is even is more portable. You can also find lighter battery powered speakers.

Are you connect to the internet through the phone (that’s my guess)? I’m trying to figure out how to create a setup that would allow me to be mobile with my laptop, any suggestions?

@@ScoDers18 I usually use Tidal with rekordbox as a streaming service but starting in May the subscription price increases. In places where I think there will be no coverage or where I prefer not have risk with the internet connection, I download the music to my PC/pendrive.

Hola, en la xone k2 (la mesa de la derecha), estan los efectos (fx), al presionar cada boton tiene un fx por lo que al presionar varios se combinan. Por otra parte, y aunque en el vídeo no lo hago la xone 96 a la izquierda, en los botones azules hay dos filtros, uno a cado lado donde se pueden activar 3 tipos de filtro, paso alto, nocht y paso bajos (son los botones naranjas), también se pueden presionar dos de ellos a la vez y se crea otro filtro. Espero haberte ayudado!

Si te refieres a los filtros de la propia Xone, la respuesta es si. Puedes pulsar dos o tres para cambiar el sonido del filtro
