I have listened to this multiple times as I was cleaning (I own a cleaning business and I clean a few of my commercial accounts). Music like this makes the work so much easier! Anyway, I was listening just now and for the first time I noticed Phil mentioned the book Heaven. I cannot recommend this book enough! It’s written by Randy Alcorn and it is so amazing! My soul is getting restless too, Phil! I can’t wait to see Heaven, AKA The New Earth, yes, but OH, it’s Jesus I can’t wait to see!!!!!!

I think when we are changed into our glorified bodies that maybe we’ll all have angelic singing voices. We were created to have fellowship with the Lord and to worship Him. We will literally be praising and worshiping our Lord forever! We will be the most incredible choir you could possibly think of! It’s going to be beautiful! 🙌🏻💙🙏🏻

Hey mate, not sure if you got your question answered over the past three years, but I'm happy to give a basic explanation here and go in depth if you'd like :) He's using a tuning style called DADGAD (low E dropped to a D, A, D, G, B string dropped to an A, and High E string dropped to a D). This gives it a really open sound. That said, the way you play your chords will also change, as regular chord shapes won't work in that tuning. However, for this conference, what Phil has done is taken that tuning a step down further - CGCFGC, hence that really low sound. and for the second song, it was layered over with some delay.
