I must have seen this as a child when my family lived in London. We had a VHS player and the limited kids' movies available for rent included Japanese cartoons with English dub. I must have been a toddler last time I saw this-- it's tickling by brain cells. I like the 70s-early 80s anime for kids-- they had a nice dark edge to them.

I have never heard of this movie before. Was watching the hans christian anderson the little mermaid animated film from the 70's i believe and this was suggested after and i love it! Perfect after watching that film. I wish we could have films made like this with our high deffinition quality these days. The artwork is impeccable!
