Hi! Can I control the remote using an app?

Hey J, thanks so much for this video. I was able to reset the blinds at my place. I have a question, for one the blinds, when I try setting the highest and lowest points by long pressing up and middle buttons, I’m not hearing a beep. What can I do to fix it?

help please. I have programmed these before, for clients, but my personal shades stopped working. I have factory reset, but cannot get the remote to pair to the motor. Nothing happens when I push the stop button to pair the motor to the remote and the remote is unlocked. The motor is charged.....

This remote is not the paradigm flush wall switch and does not help with programming that remote. I can’t find any videos from Rollease for that remote. And the instruction manual for pairing the remote is not helpful.

For double door blinds can you move blinds up & down seperately ? My blinds only do both .

I have the somfy situo 5 rts pure 2 operating 3 individual blinds but how would set channel 4 to operate all them together? And also have channel 1,2,3 control them separately?

Clear as f##king mud? No close up on what to press on the blind to activate the blind? Press a pin on the blind some where then press it a load of time with no explanation? Point less! No help what so ever!

My problem is I have my shades insallwd. It’s a dual shade/motor. And my wife over wrote one of the channels so I need to push the learn button on the motor. But can’t find any videos on how to access. There is a lot of metal trim hiding everything.

I have some questions on the original wiring to get it to your window location but now that we have the new awesome ultra battery Palladium shades, who needs wiring unless the customer wants to pay a lot more for direct wiring & setup installation, correct ?
