What about disposable income, propensity to consume, availability of housing, cars, garages, restaurants and other services. Is NL rich after taxes and fixed expenses are paid? Does that money buy you a rich feeling life style? Holland is a tax monarchy without a thing to provide internally except to fly away from Schiphol here and there.

I now know more about The Netherlands than ever. I spent several days in Amsterdam and surrounding communities over 50 years ago. The Dutch were the friendliest people I had ever met after having travelled in Asia, Canada, U S and much of Europe as well as the Netherlands Antilles. If you stopped anyone on the street to ask for directions, they were happy to direct you and sometimes even walk you to where you were going. Anyway, these were my impressions as a young man.

They say the Netherlands is the best country in the world Yes if you are white. As soon as blacks,asian and Hispanic people move in they will move out of Netherlands. White People will ,never associate with other race. It happens in America because they have no choice. But not in FUCKING EUROPE

The title suggests that The Netherlands is Switzerland-rich. That is not the case. The Netherlands is just very densely populated and has a very international economy, making it the 17th economy in the world. However, the average citizen is not richer than in countries in Scandinavia, Germany or Belgium. And many people in NL are having financial problems.

The United States takes in the world's poorrst at the border in the millions every year greater than the entire population of the Netherlands regularly. That pulls down the average for sure.
