You saved my daughter’s move in to a house with old furnace and cruddy thermostat. Honeywell install manual was totally useless! You are the man! Thank you!
Me2
You have no idea how many times I attempted making holes in my wall trying to figure this crap out. Thanks bro, very helpful tutorial.
I’ve now made four fires in two days with this method. Set it and forget it. Other thing not mentioned is you get a really good looking wide flame this way. And you want more heat hit it with the bellow!
That is sooooo dope. This way is the truth! Thank you for viewing!
@@TheAmateursAmateur Also I bought that kindling cracker...I'll never buy kindling again!
Please make more videos, I love the cozy music w/the sarcasm

I hate this thermostat with a passion🙈 Hopefully I will be able to follow your directions and override the original settings.. it's so confusing!😡 So grateful for your video though 🙌❤
You got this, I believe in you!
Thank you very much. this helped tremendously
You're welcome! Thank you for viewing!
Thank you very much. Helped me.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
i am in texas. my husband works out of state, so i stay home with my son. our last light bill was ABSOLUTELY BONKERS and i have NEVER IN MY LIFE learned how to light a fire. i CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! this took me literally 5 minutes. you are a national hero. bless you.
How do I clear it. I just want to run my heater by to time I get upstairs it’s off and the temperature says 67 and I want it to say 76
Same😫
when i do the reset, it wont go above 32 degrees
THIS the only video that worked 🤣❤
Thanks
What do i select for my work heater? It's a warehouse heater so it runs all day in winter but I want to start it at 945am in morning and stop at 5pm. Do I have to set all 4 things or can I just use wake and sleep?
I have no clue what so ever what you have at work. Try this out to see if it helps.
I have had this thermostat for 2 years and have been so confused on why the heck it wouldn’t permanently keep my settings. Now I can see. Now I understand. Good work
I understand that frustration, I have been there.
Honeywell owes you big time. Thank you for saving us.
That looks beautiful 🔥😍
Thank You for saving my life and my pets, if it was not for your video of how to get rid of all the diff for three days I had to jumper my wires it I -4 outside
I’m glad this video was able to help you. I hope you and your pets stay warm.
I just moved in a new place that has this. I just followed your video. I'm going to try the set schedule 1st to see how I like it. It felt like I was running the air when I was trying to run the heat. My son is always warm and I'm always cool. If the schedule don't work I'm going to reset and go for what I know. Changing it myself. Thanks the video is awesome
Glad you found the video helpful and good luck with the thermostat, you got this!
Duuuuude. You saved my house in this 15° F cold. I normally do it but I couldn’t figure it out for nuthin! 😂😂
Thanks great job. Singing. I learn something new. Lol
Thank you for the videos. 2 question how do you put out the fire when everyone goes to bed and second what's the name of the song you were humming to😃?
You can use a fire extinguisher if need be. I always just time mines, so by the time I go to bed, it pretty much nothing but ashes. As far as the hum, I got that from Glory (Civil War flick from the late 80's). Thank you for viewing!
I can not make it work ,the hest is not working
So anyone know how to do complete reset?
Ironic that it's so difficult and one has to be so careful and meticulous to build a fire in the fireplace and yet the least bit of spark will send a house 🏠 and the entire neighborhood up in flames.
Ain’t that a little too much wood for a fireplace 🤔
Maybe...I don't know. Works well for me. Thank you for viewing!
Started mine and I could smell the smoke inside the house for hrs.
It's the singing though! Lol Too funny. But a great video. Thanks!
Haha, I'm glad the video is helpful!
rumford fireplace
I'm glad I seen this video I was about to smash this thing with a brick
Anyone know how to reset this thermostat?
Remove the battery, I think
I overrode all the set schedules like you said but my wake doesn’t respond to the temperature I set it to
You may have to repeat the wake time setting steps again after changing the temperature. Thank you for viewing!
bro thank you.
Always welcome
Great advice.
Thx 👍🏾
