Really a very valuable video, by far better than all the garbage I've seen on the internet and unfortunately paid for. Dr. Travis, I have a question, I have followed the directions to the letter, but many relevant words are not getting impressions despite high bids, any suggestions?
That's a relevancy issue. Make sure your relevant for those keywords and they are in your product listing. Also you need to be getting sales for Amazon to show you. Amazon wants to show listings that are making sales. Try sending some Google ads to it for the same keywords

Exact match campaigns don't need negative keywords. I believe I was showing where to put them in a campaign

What percentage of KW Title Broad would be considered too high for you to go for even if the KW Title Exact is under 20%? Also, is it preferred to keep creating one campaign per keyword rather than creating multiple ad groups under one ASIN campaign?
For KW Title Broad, anything over 40-50% ACOS might be too high depending on margins. It’s better to create one campaign per keyword for better control, rather than multiple ad groups under one ASIN. This approach allows for more precise bid adjustments and performance tracking per keyword.

For discovery campaigns they generate a whole list of customer search terms. While one can look at negating some who cross a threshold of clicks or spend, what do you do for those which are in between 0 and that threshold. So you have an approach for negating on scale since of you have say 20 asins with broad and auto it can quickly build up to be a huge list
For mid-performing terms, monitor trends over time. If they stay below the threshold, consider negating to focus budget on higher ROI terms.
How to find box dimensions from product dimensions
To find the box dimensions for your product, you can follow these steps: Refer to Manufacturer's Specs: If you have access to your product’s manufacturer or supplier specifications, ask them for the recommended box dimensions. They typically provide packaging guidelines that account for safe shipping. Use Product Dimensions + Buffer: Measure the product dimensions (length, width, height), and then add padding based on the type of packaging (e.g., 1-2 inches on each side for cushioning like bubble wrap or foam). Great video, thank you. I've come to realise however that as long as my overall profit is higher, I'm not concerned about my TACOS. For example, I've increased my ACOS to breakeven for the past few months and this have increased my overall profit (total sales minus ad spend) by 50%, yet my TACOS has almost doubled from 14 to 26%! Of course ideally I'd like to reduce TACOS, however experience tells me that spending less on advertising, always results in less sales/overall profit as of course ads will be less prominent so over time the organic rankings drop too. These products are mature, keywords on point etc, so the question is then, do you have any tips to reduce TACOS, bearing in mind all of the above?
It sounds like you've struck a great balance in prioritizing profit over strict TACOS reduction, especially as you’re already seeing a significant increase in overall profit by focusing on breakeven ACOS. Without knowing what your break even ACoS is it's hard to say if your Broad Campaign is successful. Take the keywords generating the most sales and turn them into exact match campaigns.

Hi Travis, I've setup my first single keyword broad match campaign but the ppc cost is way off. In the Keywords on fire report in zonguru, the PPC is coming back as 0.17. When I build the campaign the the suggested bid by Amazon is 0.95 - 1.05 - How can it be so far out?

However, I still haven’t seen how to identify a niche audience and then launch a product to address the problems this audience faces. How should I go about selecting an audience? What are you passionate about? Find something that you're already passionate about, and then identify who else is passionate about the same thing and what problems they have doing that thing. Then just serve that person.

At the end of your video you mentioned optimizing the campaigns on a weekly basis but in STEP 4 heading, on the sheet it says Bi-Weekly. And just right under the STEP 4 heading, it says Twice a Week. Is there anything wrong on the stuff you mentioned or am I making any mistake in reading?

Amazon's attribution catches up after some time. I did not get this part. It will be much appreciated if you shed some light on it in your upcoming video.
Sometimes Amazon doesn’t always show sales right away for the campaigns. And when you’re looking over your active campaigns you will come across campaigns that appear to not be performing well and you pause them. However, when you look at your paused campaigns (in the future) attribution might have caught up and now Amazon is showing you the sales the campaign made when it was still active. And if you would have seen those sales initially you wouldn’t have paused the campaign.

This is what I don’t get - why remove search terms with less than 3 sales blindly? I have a bunch of search terms with only 10-20 interactions and 1 order. Which should mean it is actually potentially a great search term. I have others that are just not enough interactions to even make an assumption about. I also have some that have LOTS of orders but the ACOS is wayy too high.
