Understand that tenants want to keep the windows closed because it keeps the warming but it needs to be ventilated, especially if they’re drying clothes in the inside their properties. There was a lad that I new years ago who blamed the council for mould all over his flat (apartment) It's because even in the summer he never opened the windows. And every time he went in the shower, he never opened the window. Afterwards, so the condensation would just stick to the walls of the bathroom and thus caused mould. I told him this. But he disregarded my advice and when he moved. The person who moved in as never had a problem with mould. why ! because they open windows. And the bungalow that the lad eventually got , in another town . Started becoming mouldy again, why lol . so it's his own fault . lol There are some beauty people in this world. aren't there? And the guy from Blackpool, who wired up his own electricity, meter reminds me of that guy who was blaming everybody else but himself lol.🇬🇧
