This should be accessible in game as a toggleable option to replace the ost with this more festive version along with an expanded relic library like this and a collection room of discovered events.

Must say. I am very much looking forward to this. But I'm not entirely sure it should actually be made. Slay the Spire is THE roguelike deck building game. It's got some minor flaws with some interactions and stuff but otherwise it's perfect. A second game isn't likely to equal it's brilliance but will definitely have to live up to it. It's a very big ask to achieve that level of perfection twice and there's a reason no-one else has been able to do it despite there being many games made inspired by StS. I wish you all the luck in the world when it comes to the sequel and I'll be routing for it's success. I just hope that it doesn't make people stop playing the first and not go back to it because the second one exists if it's not as good, but they don't want to replay that (seen this happen with many franchises in the past, games known as franchise killers).

i just gotta say i dont get why so many people f*** up games? like what the fuck can be so hard about it? you can literally CODE and then you fuck up everything thats easy. is it that autistic people and aspergers people tend to be the ones who learn to code so they lack the creativity to make something reasonable and half decent? my point is we will probably NOT see the follow which SHOULD be in STS2: []3-4 starting heroes []6+ unlockable heroes with points from grinding out the game and hitting achievements []2+ other spires that can be unlocked after beating the hearts of the previous spire(s), and with them, a new hero after you beat said spires (including original spire) these spires (the original being blueish-gray) would have color themes as well with monsters coordinating the theme. red/orange: fire lava firebloom. green/pink/cyan/colorful: alien, twisted, freaky plant life. steel/black: robots/machines at the very least release massive expansions/DLC's doing this. []multiple skins for each hero unlockable with TONS of points or obviously 1.99$ this or that. (like how LoL does it or w/e you want) two-player local-especially-please []1+ spires that are TWO-PLAYER, and local (2 mice/controller connected to same computer or w/e) and run on longer, harder etc whatever this game will probably be a flop as every single game ive come to love, then see a sequel coming out for it, has since the dawn of time. im about to just grind out programming and shit and work with an artist and just become a billionaire. im over it man. after seeing this hand drawn ass game that probably 2 people built over a year im done. im learning coding now. cant wait to enjoy my billions :-) cheers p.s. i get my wisdom from games like War Of The Monsters(PS2) which did this, grinding out the campaign or PVP vs. bot's to get points to unlock skins and other monsters. Every older game did it right, i just dont get it lmao.

I hope the art and animations are less childlike. Currently StS feels like I'm playing a kids game because of the visuals
