I understand "If you're looking for losses to win, you've already won" as something like: "If you're looking for a bigger loser than you, so you feel like a winner. You have found him (myself)". I think this is more Tony Sly, but I we'll never know.
I think it means the losses have defeated you. But that's just me.

he traducido todas sus letras, soy un gran fan, esta cancion , como muchas otras, esta dedicada a su esposa, tony sentia mucha pena cuando se iba a giras y dejaba solas a su esposa e hijas, por eso en la cancion dice, soy el culpable
Puede que literalmente y obviamente signifique eso pero como no soy traductor si no mas bien interpreto las letras , no me gusta dar por sentado lo que significa una letra y más cuando el compositor ya no está entre nosotros. Pudo hablar de su vida, se pudo haber inspirado en algún colega, la verdad no lo sé, nunca lo conocí. Que cada uno intérprete lo que quiere
