you can see how much moisture was in the old filament compared to the new filament on that one piece

So I have started building my course using this method, but keep having the sheets come unstuck and cause cracking after they dry. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm laying the first layer down on a clean piece of plywood, and after it dries its coming up off the plywood and cracking. Any ideas what might help? Your videos have been very helpful thus far!

Great to see Your development and testing going well. Looking properly good with some very smart design choices. As for the gaffer tape I run one of my 1:10 crawler rigs with 2mm thick ABS hard body gaffer taped to the chassis, was intended to be just for test running while I trimmed the body to suit the rig, but worked so well I decided to not bother with classic body mounts, has survived winter running in sub zero conditions and trailing through water, mud an everything else the Scottish weather has thrown at it. stayed solidly fixed even after a few major tumbles and falling of a caravan roof! As long as you fit it when warm and let the adhesive get hold before taking it out in freezing, snow, ice, frost etc it simply does not let go! and no fiddly body clips to get lost. Will probably arrange neodymium magnet mounts at some point but working fine since September so no rush. Keep up the good work Sir.

Figured how to calibrate: do the trigger first then the steering and pull first before pushing the throttle and turn left before turning right. Then push bind button and repeat

I have 2 suggestions for tires to try , Pitbull tires and I actually just got a set of little guy racing parts black label 57mm tires and very impressive so far !
