Hi Crystal, Cleo Williams has done a really good video covering sewing up the Bella Loves patterns Traveller coat. Turned out amazing, that has a vent also. It is a lengthy video though but may be worth a watch. Love all of the dresses you made, your daughter looks very cute in hers. Take care x

I dont know if youve ever used Little lizard King patterns but i love them for my kids. I use a lot of the same companies for my kids as you do with the addition of little lizard king and viollette fields patterns(both are pdf). Since we like so many of the same companies, I thought you might appreciate those too.

Love the blouse. I followed some comments on the bow and bust darts and i am very pleased with it. I don't need to open it to put it on so a beginner sewer could leave the plaquet out.

With your first dress to upcycle ,as it just seems to be the bias binding around the neckline you don't like why not use a bought bias binding?. You could use a colour that matches or a contrast colour.You would tjen have a lovely dress to wear. With the mustard dress I think it will look gorgeous as a soi pussy bow blouse.
