you went half way with the dash, a couple of screws and you could have just taken the whole dash out and have been easier to paint.

As an owner operator I spend a huge amount of time laying under my truck and I've had fingers on literally every bolt and for one of these cunts pull me over and just take one peak and find something to cite me for I say bullshit show me. Make sure you take a video and ask them to explain because in these situations you are still a person and you must still exercise your rights. Some guy who doesn't know shit about a truck can't just cite you just for something to do and not be questioned about it in the end you will deal with this citation

You grease you truck too much........come on bro! I've been running the same truck/trailer for since 1989, and never had grease get on the brake surfaces. you know that you had bad seals and the DOT guy was like,....sure, OK grease.......here's you OOS. I'm no fan of the DOT and for the most part if they find leaks like that or visible play on a u-joint,...it's probably pretty bad. Do better, handle your equipment better.

Always do brake drums and shoes, old drums wear the shoes faster

For your information too much grease is bad to eat. I’m not sure how the grease would get on your brake pads.
