I Have a problem, tried with 2 different spider 3.0 boards. When I try to flash the firmware I get the message : DFU state(10) = dfuERROR, status(10) = Device's firmware is corrupt. It cannot return to run-time (non-DFU) operations Any ideas how to fix this?

Yes. At the time there is ZERO documentation on this board, not even a hook up diagram/pin description. Your support told me it would be available before I received the board but it's already here and there is no support on this. It is pretty much a expensive paper weight !!!

Do you need a host adapter to install firmware. I can't access the board with the ch304 connection. It says access denied. I need to configure the firmware for my printer.
I have given up trying to get this to work. This video at a minimum should have English subtitles, or way better, an English spoken version with English text on the setup screens. There should have been a User's Manual or a PDF link to instructions included with the item. As of Dec 2023, these are still for sale on several platforms, but you spend hours trying to get the thing to work only to end up with an expensive spare 8G SD card.

You use two black pieces that are attached to the Z mount right/left block using 4 screws. I did not find these two pieces in the FYSETC kit. Where can I get them from?
