Nice! And if you want to do a full cutaway, you have perfect guide lines if you want to cut the cylinder to expose the pins and key. Just take the pins out and use a hacksaw on the inner core. I personally don't like those twisted bars. I know the intent is to help with overtensioning, but you have to be careful that it doesn't enforce bad habits. With L and Z bars, you are forced to use proper technique. That *is* a funky snake. I don't rake much, but a snake is my fav. Oh man... stabbing myself is one of the reasons why. 🤣
I used to love the twisted bars because I always over tensioned. Now I'm having to go back and learn better. That sounds like solid advice for making my own cutaways at some point.
@@thedudeabides-me8uy I meant for this one if you want to see the key and more of the pins. Getting things lined up and keeping the cuts straight was the hard part me, and with the one you bought that's already done for you. But even as-is, that's nice, especially for $5.

Awesome video! I gotta get to ACE some time and get some locks. I've gotten all I can from my local Lowes and Home Depot but my local ACE store is 45 minutes away :( I've done that to a lock as well! Not so much the key pins, but with the cylinder where I put the tension bar and the warding! I got your entry recorded! Good luck in the give away!
