I use to think magneto was the best in the game until it came down to having to use fundamentals in real battle and not the lab, storm is a must and is #1 with magneto it’s kind of hard to rush down some elite runaway players, storm has multiple ways to catch you slippin

The programming for MvC2 is such a beautiful mess, something a lot of older fighting games have in common, but in many cases it's also what makes them truly great. All of the unintended mechanics and useful glitches that the community has discovered over the years and integrated into their gameplans have added an incredible amount of complexity, depth, interest and longevity to these games and they probably wouldn't have become so beloved and continually competitively played for literal decades without them.

Hey brother, thank you for making this video! You're probably gonna get some more views now lol. I'm having a bit of trouble with the tiger knee input. I'm doing the input, but there seems to be a small delay from when I hit up-right, to when cable actually jumps. Are you waiting to see him jump first before hitting 2 punches? I'm doing the tiger knee+ upright input then immediately hitting the 2 punches and he just does the grounded version. However, I feel like if I wait for him to jump it'll either be too late, or if it's the second ahvb, they'll be able top block it.

Oh man I didn’t know all three inputs could be pushed together. I’ve been doing 2 buttons and then crouch cancelling and keep bringing out heavy punches. I’m also glad to learn hitting 2 buttons together is indeed difficult and I’m not just misunderstanding something.

Excellet breakdown, i would also add cammy to this list...because she comes out extremely quick. She has practically zero start up, and counters psyclocke...the only thing is she knocks the opponent away, thus making her good for keep away. She is excellent combined with cable
