Not applicable for India. In India coding skills matter even if you have average communication skills. Because here we have local language as alternative for English.

Great video! Thanks for reminding us why we're special:) I find the holistic and critical thinking we have as developers is essential for finding the right solution. Holistically thinking about a project is essential waay before considering coding. Asking why.. and also, should we? And what if?

I agree that conciseness is important to make more money. But the devil is in the details. And conciseness is often lossy. Much time, money, & opportunities are wasted due to information loss. Can we have conciseness without the info loss?

Holy sh*t this is the best video I have seen on this topic. I've been a dev for 13 years now, did the usual job hopping until recently I started my own business. It's crazy to me that you are giving this info out for free, If I saw your stuff 13 years ago I would be on a completely different life trajectory. Keep going with the amazing content - seems like you are getting a lot of people trying to copy you now as well.

Second engineer job gives you 100% increase and if you mastered it work doesnt take s lot of time, management position gives you 0-20% increase and a lot of headache, growth is a lie no matter what you do in company - you will always be just a servant.

I wouldn't bother with SE. It's all going to India anyway. Plus you only have a shelf life till 40. It's a young mans game. You need an exit plan if you go down this road. Your better off doing something else. Learn a trade.

Hey everyone-it is important to address something. If someone isn't showing real results or backing up their claims, be cautious. If you wouldn't want to live the life they are living, don't consume their information. Don't let yourself end up in the same tough situation as the gentleman from the email.
