Wonder if a raped woman would think or call her rapist a person who raped her.. or would she look at them as a monster who raped her. 😶
I love this man because of his incredible self confidence. He never has the least doubt, that he may commit a mistake, in his teachings or his ideas which are not enumerable.

Thank you.
Thanks sir❤
The main reason was ,hindu religion was not good for dalits ,shudras and tribals he said hindu religion is against humanity ....that why he converted

This video SAVED MY LIFE 5 years ago! I had been in a 2 years long deep dark depression, I had made my suicide "to do" list. Ajahm Brahm gave me the key to escape my own mental prisons. Committing to a meditation practice REALLY DOES WORK! My life has been AMAZING since following Ajahn Brahm and the principals he teaches!
How specifically did you do it ?
@@JaySoul711 That's the cool thing, I really didn't do anything, in fact AB taught me to stop fighting with my personal demons. I was set free by the realization that the past is a ghost, it no longer exists except in our minds (besides physical injuries). Once I allowed myself to "let go" of my depression and the events that caused it, it just vanished. Just try watching as many of his talks as you can, that's what I did!
@@GregTheRushFando you feel more or less motivated to achieve more in life? Or do you not strive either? If so, what makes you get up and be happy in the morning?
@@JaySoul711 I guess I just let go of the things from the past that made me wake up and feel sad & depressed. Once I found peace then the motivation followed on it's own, It allowed me to feel positive about life. Just keep listening to Ajahn Brahm's talks and try your best to apply the principals he teaches to your own situation

Ambedkar went to heven after completing his task
Dear sir, present day untouchable were/are old Buddhist followers of India. Those who were reluctant to recognize Hinduism in ancient times, they were hated by Brahmins for their non acceptance of their Brahmanical Dharma result of which Brahmins propagated them as untouchables. There was another reason of beef eating. So a large part of Indian people are old buddhists.
Beef eating wasn't the reason. And also hinduism goes beyond brahminism . Yes its true that from gupta period according to genetic research casteism came and not necessarily from scriptures. Yess its written in scriptures but in scriptures many other contradictory things are written too. But the thing is not all rituals are because f brahmins. They aren't that smart after all. Its debatable who has written all the mantras but I am sure its not just brahmins.

words of wisdom
I understand about living in the present and not the past/future, but what if its the present that you hate?? I have a health condition and it makes my present/now horrible, also because i constantly worry about it. I actually like thinking about my past and enjoy thinking about my future because it gives me hope that I will heal myself. But the present reality right now I can't stand being in. How do you escape the prison of your present, the prison of your body ??
The way I see it, living in the present also means giving each and every activity you have your all without letting your mind wander. When you brush your teeth, fully focus on that. Also, deal with issues as they come rather than worry about potential issues happening (very difficult to do). Focusing on each activity will help you live in less worry for sure. Wishing you the very best. Hope you are better now!
You can you A method Buddha taught , as follows : using mindfulness . You sit or lying . “ you Say : “ illness is impermanent ( deep breathe in and long breathe out : 1 time ) “ so this ill body recover .(breathe like above ) . Breathing in I know I breath in Breath out I know I breath out Then breath like above 5 times . Repeat in half hour , or 1 hour , or longer . Do it 2 times or more per day . Depending on your health . “
"That is sneaky buddhism" 😂😂😂😂
Lama khenno..
Prison is the perfect place to meditate but it sucks. Lol. Amitofu
anumodana Ajahn ,Sadhu
I doubt he's ever been raped, easy to have empathy for a rapist if you've never experienced it before. This is why some Buddhist teachers cause more harm, because they don't have the life experiences but they speak on issues they've never had to actually live through. I will never listen to another one of his talks again.
The two shopping bags exellent
We consider it's insulting to Budha for sitting keeping our back to him. And also won't put any other statues infront of Budha statues.
Revive Buddhism in Afghanistan, Central Asia, and Maldives!
That might be impossible in our lifetime, but I do hope that in the future those countries becoming more friendly and tolerant to buddhists and support their community growing. Maybe only when Maitreya Buddha come those land will be full of buddhists again but who knows 🙏🙂
First it should be from India. Because it started in India.
