My lower back has been locked up from years of doing strongman competitions, and I just watched some folks doing this yesterday and had the idea to see if it could help me get my hips moving again. After about twenty minutes of circles and figure eights I'm exhausted and loving it! 😂 Thanks a ton.

Hula/ Tahitian dances aren’t belly dancing they are far from that.

Got the dance except for the part where I called the popping of knees which very common in every hula dance.
