Great vid, do you have any tips for the jets at a lower BR, lets say between 9.0 and 11.0 I am having quite a hard time playing CAS properly there, and all the videos i do find are about either props or jets with more advanced weaponry.

honestly I have had some good games with it but I prefer the f-15E still just because of the targeting pod zoom in this thing is throwing me off and I can't use mouse wheel because i have MW dedicated to radar control.

To avoid suffering from CAS, you need to become CAS.

One thing I only noticed when started using Kh-25L and simmilar laser guided missiles: if you launch it in a third person view using the "fire secondary weapons" keybind, you have to deactivate the target point that it places instantly, or you will only be able to guide it with a sight stabilization keybind by giving updates with it. Once deactivated, you can just move the mouse for guidance.

I have a Question. . . well, more a Problem. This will be a lot, but hear me out. I always had the Problem in my Tornado and now in ma Euro FIghter, that the Targeting Pod just zoomes to much in and i loose PeripheralVision. So i wanted to bind the Zoom Axis insted of right Clicking. Yes, under Aircraft and Movement i can tell the Mouse Wheel what to do. But that i already use for Throttle. SO i go to Camera control and set up the Zoom axis (Air) to be G + Mouse Wheel. But then i noticed, that with the first *click* of my Mous Wheel i zoom about 70% in. Thats already to far in for me. but every other *click* feels like zooming in even less. New Problem, if you right Click now, you can't use your Zoom axis, until you right clicked again. So i then switched both Settings. I now Zoom with my Mouse Wheel and control my Throttle with G + Mous Wheel (also using Shift/ Left Ctrl). And now to my Question: How do i need to set up the "Zoom axis (Air)" under Camera Control to behave the same as if i set up "Mouse Wheel (Aircraft)" to be Zoom axis (Air)?

I love how every cas plane in the game gets atleast 6 fire and forget weapons but the EF2000 cannot have atleast 6 fire and forget brimstones.. Thats ridiculous really.

Another useful thing with the keybinds is that you can bind external view and TGP view to the same keybind, freeing up a keybind slot and letting you press just single key to switch between the two view modes. I used toggle view for very long time but played around with the settings few days ago and its much nicer.

how do you deal with zoom in the TGP, its either dont see shit because its to little zoom or dont see shit cuz too much zoom, if i try set up zoom axis i can adjust between max and min, but it zooms everything such as 3rd person which sucks ass, is there a way to avoid this or do you use the reset?

Idk if you play heli, but any top tier heli (excluding UHT) can basically auto-win any "joust" against any top tier SAM (even Pantsir) by just simply spamming their ATGMs to proxy the enemy's missile, if you know what I mean. Vikhrs are the most guilty of this meta abuse but doing it with 16x Hellfire is easily doable as well. I feel like not a lot of top tier heli players know this (maybe for the better), but what do you think?
