Goku meeting Zen-Oh in the Universe 6 tournament is sort of a blessing in disguise. Otherwise Zamasu would’ve enveloped the entire multiverse. Zamasu/Goku Black will stand as memorable villains.

I know it's not a perfect comparison but when Gohan is down an arm fighting Cell he tells Goku he's lost because of his cowardice, his hubris, and his weakness. While here Trunks tells Zamasu to take his love, his hope, and all of his sorrow. It's just crazy to me that Trunks after losing so much can still find reasons to fight... three to be exact. That's why future Trunks is my favorite character.
