Voice Repair for speaking and singing voices
We all have experienced a cracking, weak, tired voice. We have sometimes been on the point to cancel a speech, an interview, a performance. Our voice is a treasure. let's try to take care of it.
Those days, we speak a lot on the phone, the journalists suffer as they cover a lot of speaking air time without the usual assistance around, even the virus task forces have to speak every day, and be vocally exposed in conditions they are not always prepared to confront.
This lesson is for you.
Follow these exercises.
Rest your voice as much as you can. Drink a lot of water and relax.

Dear Anne-Julia, These classes are marvelous. As a pianist, I have always tried to sing. I play old tunes for the elderly at Peconic Landing. Of course I sing, too. Badly! But now I have a way to improve. Your approach is so personal, I find myself talking to you as if we were having a real class. Broken hearted that you are selling the opera house. Covid has taken its toll on so many lives. But we are sure you will have another chapter or two of making lovely music wherever you go. Thank you. Thank you for this lesson. As you know I don't want to become a singer but it's very helpful for my work as an actress. Good breathing, strengthening the diaphragm and voice placement are indispensable!
