Thanks! Yes, I use a controller. Before I film, I do a dry-run to see if I hop over anything but it's not perfect. I still do that annoying little jump up from time to time. And yes, I turn off the HUD (Shift H) before filming but I'm don't really try to avoid the highlighting of items; hopefully the Devs will give us the ability to turn that off soon.

If anyone can do it, you can! I haven't even dipped my toes in Sandbox Mode yet as I got the game a month late. Not sure of it's capabilities but there are so many talented people playing this game and I'd love to see your version of story mode houses in sandbox. :-) Thank you for the thumbs up on reno - I enjoyed this one so much!

The computer is the art studio looks like a iMac, so I ran with that idea.

LOL I have seen others that put in stairs but I don't know how they do it and I don't like the big landing/bannisters it has on the main floor - just because it's such a small space to begin with. @@nicplaysstuff Oh yeahh, I know you can add stairs with some homes but it doesn't always work which is a shame, house flipper 2 should be amazing with being able to design a house from scratch, add stairs wherever you want then haha :D

If you play HF on PC, then in the Steam Workshop, there's some ceiling glass that I hung on the outside wall. It's really fiddly to do but eventually you will fill out that space. I then put pavers on top of the glass so I could put furniture on it. I hope that helps! Thanks for watching. :-)
