k24 s15 FINALLY gets some attention!
The first part of this video is shot on an iphone, so forgive the quality. Finally got to tear into this car again and make some progress. Not too much more before I can put the engine and transmission in.

Rebuilding SSR Vienna's for the Aristo
มุมมอง 1539 หลายเดือนก่อน
I got these wheels a long time ago for the Aristo and I've been planning to rebuild them for a while. These started off as 18x8 43 and ended as 18x10 18.
Drifting my 1jz single turbo Aristo for the first time!
มุมมอง 172ปีที่แล้ว
I haven't gotten a chance to actually drift this since I converted it to single turbo. Still don't have my boost dialed in, but it makes enough power to drift.

Decided I was tired of being hot in my garage, fixed my 240, and had some fun in the Aristo.
My 1jz Aristo gets a custom exhaust!
มุมมอง 315ปีที่แล้ว
After a ton of searching online I couldn’t find any single exhausts for an Aristo. So I bought a tig welder and decided I would try to make my own…
First drift event in my 1jz Toyota Aristo!
มุมมอง 215ปีที่แล้ว
I barely managed to get my car ready, I literally replaced the rear turbo the day before we left for Wisconsin. But even with missing a hand brake, intake filter, exhaust, and fan shroud my car did awesome! Big shout out to all of my homies for helping me out!

I've been running my cut off exhaust for over a year now, it's time to hear myself think and drive at the same time.

Great video
You won’t run it later lol
@@Aviggers123 been on my truck since this video, still no issues.
I have one on my 2006 you need fuel pump and trans work if want to put power down
so they have absolutely zero cutoff? wow garbage
SFMF!
Thanks for the video brotha!
Trucks ment to haul are a little lower in the front so when you put weight on it, it sits level instead of squatting.
tell ya one thing the way your rpms are bouncing you need injectors bud.
@@crohnsn2446 rpm’s don’t bounce. Idles strong at 750
@@DylanBeppler on the rev down. the rpms bounced on the way down, your pintles could be sticking. but if you rev the truck up and the rpms bounce on the way down something isnt right. thats what it sounded like to me.
that ca18 sound so good
Where's she at bro
My dude!
Such a cute couple. Are you two still together?
Four years bro ❤️
@@DylanBeppler that's awesome. Hope you get another 40 years together.
If you want to get rid of the drone sounds, upgrade your audio system with some amps and subwoofers
need to epoxy them floors my guy! its washing out the contrast and yo legs lookin like uncooked chicken <3
I know I do bro, and my iPhone camera was doing weird stuff. On my phone the videos looked good but when I put them in adobe they were messed up looking! But the rest of this is going to be recorded on the GoPro so it will look much nicer haha
Yeah Dude 🤘
Biggest I ran on mine was 19x9.5 +22 and 19 x 10.5+22's, back was just poking and fronts kinda mexican. Much prefer how this looks on 18's though, also good move on losing the wrap.
Yeah, 19’s are pretty aggressive for sure. Hopefully I can get a kit on this and repaint it the oem color again
@@DylanBeppler have any particular kit in mind?
@@GreenyticaI’m not entirely sure yet, I really like the aero palace kit
Which HL extended lowers and outer tie rods are you running and do you have after uppers along with tension rods ?
@@lukeduenas1663 I did 1.5” extended lowers and matching extended tie rods, stock uppers
I have a 2004 Graphite Grey Pearl Metallic Lexus IS300 2JZGE VVTI 3.0L and I've noticed recently it's been raining heavily where I parked my car outside and one day I started driving sharp turn into my street and noticed a dripping swishing sound inside my car which was very odd so I opened my passenger driver door and noticed water near droplets near the edge door carpet area so I lift the carpet up and it was drenched in rain water omg 😳. So I had to grab a absorbent cloth towel to suck it all up and let it sit in the sun doors open to air dry lol 🤦♂️. Thanks to your video I opened up my sunroof and noticed the drain holes were clogged up so I used a toothpick to clear the area and used a twisted tissue so it's long where I inserted it in and all the black muddy dirt stuck to it which solved my issues & make sure you Clean the gaps inside of the Sunroof of any dirt so I doesn't fall into it clogging it again 👍
Also, the underlying underside of the car where the foor carpet is IF you don't clear up the water mess, it'll rust over time like how the Lexus IS300 are Nortorious for having rain water leak into the rear back trunk boot where the spare tire is right in the corner the water overtime gets full and rust occurs until it's too late since those areas aren't coated in anything soo either you leave a towel inside it or spray rust proof as a protective primer 👍
Also, in America & and Canada, it snows & in Japan, the oceans salt water is in the air, moisture that's why cars in the those countries will rust especially the underside underneath of the cars. If you park your cars outside, not so great, but if you have a garage carport at home even better. I'm in Australia Sydney 🇦🇺 so we don't have those issues here other than paint fade & clearcoat fade on cars due to the extreme head conditions lol
Hey man I just recently bought the same full 5” exhaust but it was to short to delete the converter could you send me the link to the delete pipe you bought
Hey bro, I checked and i don’t think they sell it anymore. I remember I looked up a measurement for how long the converter was and then just bought a pipe that length
@@DylanBeppler thanks for your help really appreciated
The next thing you need to install is the Banks monster intake and a 5” exhaust pipe
What’s a new valve body going to do for your torque converter ? That tuner only turns up the fuel consumption and nothing else
Valve body boosts fluid pressure which is responsible for locking up the bands in your transmission which is what slips when you start making power. Also the tuner adjusts timing, fuel rail pressure, and boost pressure. I don’t know where you got your info from.
It’s a shame MBRP modernized their logo. Looks like an off brand with the new font, I’m glad I’ve got and old school one on my 06’.
@dylan at 13:55 what type of stereo/head unit do you have in your sweet ride? Was there a specific installation kit you installed?
Thanks bro, it’s an alpine apple car play double din. I got it off of Amazon for 250 or so. I also got the radio surround piece off of Amazon for about 70 dollars, I can’t remember the brand but it just fills the holes where the radio knobs were.
@@DylanBeppler thanks brother! I will look into this for my 05' 3500!
Hey that 3 prong connection is factory ? As in I can disconnect my oem ones and plug these right in ? No modifying my oem harness/plug ?;-; Thank you for answering in advance
Yeah bro, they are plug and play. They have a plug that matches and plugs into your factory connector that would normally go onto your light directly.
Lmk if you wanna sell that CA dude 🤙🏻.
I may sell it one of these days. But for now I’ve been enjoying it
kinda late but planning on doing a ca swap soon.. did you get the intake piping custom or as a kit. been having a hard time finding info on it
I actually used the pbm s15 sr20 kit, and then I had a friend modify it to fit. But s15 is pretty close
What was the end result? 400whp ish?
276whp
Nice Aristo! I like the look of the front wheels 🔥
Thanks man!
hey man! i recently bought a 3rd gen ram. do you have links to everything ?
Beautiful truck, nothing compares to EFI live though. Be careful with those pre programmed tunes.
Thanks man, and yeah there’s nothing better than getting an actual dyno tune.
Ur neighbors being petty as all hell. 🙄
What on the gauges did it show you
Rpm, speed, coolant temp, trans temp, gear, throttle position, load, boost, basically any info there’s a sensor for. You can change it to display info you want to see too.
Where are the driver side drainage sunroof?
Opposite side in the same spot as the passenger
Rule #1 never apologize for rust. Fuckem just make it run good and let it eat! Love the video bro
Thanks man
Does not "rattle" off from my 03 500hp truck . Sun and your spit to make it stick will cause your gauge to fall off. Mine, once a year. Don't worry about it. A non issue.
Yeah!!
we need more ca18 content creators, i'm right behind you!
An 06 automatic? Yikes
Miami, FL and New York City have the worst drivers in America. Good video. Nice exhaust.
Where did you get the stickers for the valve cover
Lol just wanna know who in thumbnail @everyone
Cool dude
yes the jzx90. Should single turbo that too haha
He actually likes the twins a lot, but I’m sure he’ll go single eventually
I've been looking for a 1st Gen GS lately lol your Aristo looks pretty damn good!
Thanks bro! I need to grab some aero for sure
What ECU are you running now? 👀👀👀
Stock bro!
What did you have when I went to Clarksville?
The same stock ecu my guy, my original ecu gave out and my car wouldn’t start sometimes and would idle weird so I finally replaced it before this video
Gives us the content we want….
Ha, the track hype man.
