Sold for $819,000 wow for 1800 sf that is way overpriced!! It doesn’t even have a proper kitchen. That kitchen is for an apartment! No counter space. No way should you get nearly a million dollars for this tiny house!

I can't imagine a log home in TN without a wood burning fireplace. Those are right out for me. Absolute deal breaker.

Nice home, except for the fact it is in Tn. The worst education, jobs, medical services and political environment. Buy in Tn if you want to lose your freedom. Not worth it, no matter how nice the house is. Plus you have to deal with the uneducated population.

I could see wood rot/black and the wood coming off where the corner of the home is directly on the ground…would make me concerned about the foundation.

When it comes down to what it is worth we will consider it. 2 bedroom 1 bath for $399,000 no way.
