Thank you for the video! Usually chain slack is measured by pressing the chain up AND down.
Excellent tutorial! Thank you!!!
Your tool pin is bent and should be replaced. You can see it wobble as you turn it.
@@chrishard7616 you gonna send me one? Lol
verry helpful thanks
Thank you so much! Followed both your brake videos and fixed it.
Make mistakes. OIL Dot4 good for MT15
You are so Good teacher i have a tiny air at 10.55 and loose tube problem so worried about right now after watching this I'm understand and let it go yeahhh because nothing to worried about My brake so fit and i still see tiny air i keep continue add more brake fluid and keep pumping i lost 1 button of brake fluid still see tiny air and loose tube big air oh god i I'm so stupid 😂
Video super fantastico!!! da far vedere nelle scuole come modello di spiegazione chiara e precisa,.sono riuscito a revisionare la pompa benzina della mia sv 2003 risparmiando parecchi soldi....grazie infinite!
Hey boss, how much rise are those clip-ons? 2 1/2 inches I'm guessing? Also looking to go low here!
@@BrodyHiggerson woodcraft, i dont remember the rise but they are as low as you can go without them interfering with stuff. They are labeled specific for the ninja 300 if you look up woodcraft ninja 300 you should see them
Can you balance Harley Davidson spoke wheels on this tool???
Конечно можно. Разницы нет.
Wow great video!!
What if you add a gob of grease to the top of the jackstands?
Hello friend and thank you for the video. Any ideas what to to if while assembly, i press the master link plate 0.5 mm to much? I tried to pull it beck to place with a flat head screwdriver without success. Thanks anyway.

Bro you saved me from going to a mechanic,,thanks a lot
Best tutorial on YooToob. thanks.
Hello Nick, You have tips for repair or link for the theristor ?
@@Prost16-18 No sorry, mine never worked either lol, make sure the wires are good and maybe someone sells used or new thermistors (china maybe)
@@nickbuchananracingthanks for your answer ! And thanks for yours many vidéo about SV bike 👏🏻
Great example of carrying corner speed. Awesome
Really awesome video man. Im just looking into racing but you got a pretty slick machine. I'll definitely look into a 650 for learning some track riding.
Great video thanks for the info, I’ve changed my camera settings to match
Hey Nick, great video and excellent prep on your bike. I got bitten by the track day bug recently so I’m thinking about getting a track bike together. This was really helpful 🙏
glad it helped! The SV is a good bike, my biggest gripe with that bike was the bodywork. mounting it is a pain, it is tough to make it firm, and it drags the belly pan if you hit the high lean angles. Everything else about them is pretty dang good.
I bought a cheap (Chinese-made, under $20) chain-breaking set online. The rod used to push out the retaining pin almost immediately bent! I borrowed another pin and finally got the retaining pin out. Once I tried to flare the new links the flare tool also failed. I carefully rode to a local shop to have the pins properly flared. If you plan to remove and replace a chain, spend a bit more for a proper chain-breaking kit.
dang chinesium
Hi,i have a problem in my brake. Both pistons move when i pull brake lever, but they can't push the pad to the disk to stop it.
sounds like either your master cylinder piston seals are not holding tight (leaking internally) or your caliper is seized. if the lever travels all the way to the handlebar, and assuming you bleed it of ALL air, than its probably the master cylinder. rebuild or replace it. if the lever is firm like normal but the pistons cant move the pad, the caliper may be seized in some way. hope this helps
@@nickbuchananracing What does mean seized?
@@nickbuchananracing Can be the pump at the brake lever?
Naa, just gravity bleed them
Awesome video. Great detail showing all steps.
Tires cost $200 each…. And jackstands are not free. If you cannot afford a $150 wheel balancer, then you need to trade your motorcycle for a bicycle. Geeez!
No special tools but we need this lil ass hard to find clear hose that they don’t sell in any hardware store fk!
@@R1Salv1 idk where youre located but around where I live, every Ace Hardware and Home Depot has them. But im in the Northeastern United States

@@ernestocastillo3010 you can leave it empty
Nice to see another low cc out on summit! I'm running a cbr250r right now and was wondering what you consider novice/intermediate/advanced lap times around summit main with a 250/300cc? So I can gauge where I'm at and how much I have to improve
@@wintermute032 ninja 300 times are pretty much 1:26 is pro level , 1:27-1:30 is expert race pace , 1:31-133 is amateur race pace , 1:34 up is still pretty quick but getting into axvanced and intermediate track day kind of times. Anything over a 1:40 is intermediate. Not an exact sience but thats about how it looks by lap times. A cbr 250 will be a tiny but slower than a ninja 300 but not a huge difference, maybe loose a second or two tops im guessing compared to a 300
@@nickbuchananracing Got it, thanks! Feel free to say hi if you see me and my lil 250 out at Summit
Nice clean work! Thanks for sharing. I'm considering the 650S and would want to upgrade performance. Your tips for body panels and rear shock, very useful!

It’s this cable longer for better adjustment than an oem cable
@@alexgroezinger762 i dont know, it will of course be different for each kit but so far the two different bikes ive had this throttle on seemed like the cables were certainly not any shorter and maybe a litle but longer than stock. Definitely not shorter though
Well thank you for the tutorial buddy❤
