Cyclists think they have the right to destroy the environment and knock pedestrians out of the way. There should be areas where cyclists ride, no pedestrians permitted. I am fine with that. I don’t know how many times I have almost been mowed down by a cyclist. They wear helmets. Do pedestrians have to do this now as well?

While riding a mount Shasta, There was a trail I went down earlier that day, and someone put a wall of rocks across the path, right after a blind highspeed berm.

If it's not your property you shouldn't be digging and hacking and chopping on the trail. It's trespassing and damaging property that isn't yours.

We caught a fellow with a game camera putting logs on the landing of a jump and he put fishing line between trees. Luckily we spotted the log and then checked the whole trail before finding the close line. Something could have gone very bad if that were to hit your neck. We gave the footage from the camera to a park ranger who opened a full investigation on the man and he was prosecuted.

Well young chap, take these comments from me - I’m late 60’s and a no longer trail rider. What you were doing is what I and many hundreds of others have been doing for years. Your attitude was absolutely fine and respectful. Given that you were probably trespassing, who’s to say they weren’t as well. You came across two truly horrible examples of adulthood there. If they had any children of their own they must have made their lives so miserable. Spouting nonsense about manslaughter and quoting laws were meant to scare you away, they didn’t. I know this video was posted a while ago but I hope you found better trails and good riding 👍

yaaa.... back when this used to happen at our trails a few unlucky people have broken kicked in ankles just sayin. Leave our stuff alone, and they said they owned it, then said do you got permission from the land owner, well that was just you a second ago lady? then my next response would have been either give me my stuff back, or when i find my shovel a 6x6x6 hole will be dug very very quickly. Can not stand snot nosed karens, and kens. oh I forgot if I get hurt because you put something on the trails lets say I broke 1 finger then two of yours would be broken as well. The crashes at skateparks, and trails ive endured are so damn dumb, because of ignorant fuqs. Grinds my damn gears so much

If the women are the landowners and you don’t have permission to be there then they can basically do what they want with their land. You brought a shovel, presumably to make a trail on someone else’s land. I’d suggest that you buy some land and make a trail on it.

Trespassing is definitely wrong but attempting to murder kids for it is worst !they don't live or understand your rules and often property lines aren't visible everywhere sometimes it isn't purposefully trespassing so if I ever see this where near where my kid rides your gonna find yourself with some trouble stay lal

anyone who places objects on a trail with intent or knowledge that anyone who travels across the trail would likely get hurt because of the objects, should automatically get sued, whether somebody got hurt or not. such people should get sued for attempted battery and assault. people who go as far as hanging a wire such as fishing wire, steel wire, tripwire,... at neck height across a trail, should automatically get sued for attempted murder. people have died from that and sadly, the perpetrator usually doesn't get found. so if you ever notice dangerous obstacles on a trail that are absolutely a danger, please remove those objects (dont mistake a plank on top of a log as a dangerous object tho). and if you see a wire hanging across a trail, make sure to cut that wire asap. use sharp rocks if you have to. if you cant find anything to cute the wire, stay at the location to warn others who are passing by to prevent casualties and ask them if they have something with them that could cut the wire.
