One huge problem for FSD approval IS what the population thinks about the system. If drivers feel unsafe It will never be approved. Nobody wants to get killed because of a FSD failure

Fisker did not design, engineer or manufacture the Oceans, Fiskers were only responsable for styling, marketing and sales. In the agreement Fisker and Magna there must be responsibility set out on the handling (parts and costs) of manufacturing defects, aftersales parts supply and ongoing software support. Unless owner get a seat in the bankruptcy proceedings they will miss out on/excess to any of Magna's obligations under the Fiskers deal.

My biggest question about the P4 is the non-window in the back. I’m not sure I can get used to the dark area in the back. I have a P4 reservation, but will not go ahead with the purchase until I test drive the car. I think the design guys prevailed over the engineers; this could be a deal breaker.

i think they have a bad track record when it comes to fixing bad software. they are very slow when it comes to that. that gives the customers a bad experience. they are still confused at the highest level. they try to find chinese partners for the chinese versions of their EVs. but how? 100& chinese or a confusing mixture of partly chinese and german software? and now they invested in rivian because they changed an audi to a prototype with rivian software. only for audi, or mixing up rivian software with VW cariad software and introduce new bugs? software takes a lot of time and good software developers who can work well together. they took a bite far to big to chew. and underestimated the progress by a factor of three.

I feel that the Hyundai Inster is a better designed car all around. I do prefer LFP battery though. Anyway glad to see these compact EVs joining the market. Hopefully more people would now consider getting an EV.

Good video and surprising quotes from Farley. There has been a lot of news about Ford’s losses and cutbacks and I think he may be hiding some of how much this may be hurting Ford right now but innovation does cost money. Farley’s point about as a lifetime petrolhead being surprised how much he likes EV’s after driving them is very similar to how I feel. My ‘22 Kia Niro EV is by far my favorite car to drive of any I’ve ever owned. Charging at home in my garage is convenient and reliable, and the cost to operate and lease this car has been incredible. Take the politics and government mandates out of the picture and people may just like EV’s. They’ll adopt slowly over time as they should in a free market but people will get there and the tech will continue to improve. Great points. Biden admin. I hope you’re listening. Let the consumers decide and stop killing the car market with regulations and mandates.
