Most of the charts can be made using Excel and MS Visio.

I'm building a leaf fixture on paper and the call out for 2 holes on a component are as follows. .44 in. and .29 in. thru all. Having a tough time picking out a bushing size. There is a mistake begin from frozen zone column 1 for PAB, we select max value among forecast sales and customer demands so first empty PAB should be 25 instead of 26, rest will be changed according to that
We use 'customer orders' in frozen zone to calculate PAB. PAB = prior period PAB + MPS - customer orders. In the slushy zone we take greater of customer orders and forecast. PAB = prior period PAB + MPS - greater of customer orders or forecast.

he likely means that it will help your Lifting index or is a positive adjustment. you want a higher RWL value so when you solve for the lifting index you get a number closer to or below 1.
