Great videos! What station was that at the end with the staggered platfoms? NZ.
The station was Langho, Which is on the Clitheroe line! Also the shot before the station was from the bridge in the distance of the last shot!

Very nice video mate. 45212 sounded great. I saw this tour with the 57 and 86 at Winsford, unfortunately it was a bit too far for me to go to see 45212, but I should be seeing her on her tour to Derby on Sunday 👍

I'm pretty sure I used to see this loco passing by where I live in north Glasgow on the Edinburgh to Glasgow push pull service back in the seventies and early eighties. fantastic memories

the destination board says leicester
Yep as this train was not in-service plus it was about 20 miles away from where it is supposed to run so there isn't a headboard for where it's going 😅

I use a mix of my phone and a Panasonic HC-V180 and in this case it was the Panasonic!

A kettle, a tractor and a sparkie....all on one train! 🤩 Whats not to like!? (Even if there were some technical issues). Very trashy behaviour at 1:09 though....I do hope it was not a member of the train crew doing that as they should know far better than that!

Nope, all I know is it went from adwick depot to carlisle, then back down to adwick depot via S and C 😂
I drove trains for years. Can't see why it's rare. It's not wrong roaded or doing anything unusual. Could be that it's in an area they never go.
@@soulman3590 rare as its a 185 not normally seen on this stretch of line! Are they getting ready for s and c diversions instead of bloody silly buses for engernering work?
@@soulman3590 You are exactly right with that last point! to my knowledge in youtube history, a class 185 (tpe especially) have never been down my line! as I am only 15 I cannot confirm this from sighting but I have never seen one down here before! thanks for your comment.
@grahamallen1970 possibly yeah. They can run additional services if the drivers know what's known as the road (route) and the diversionary route meets where it would have gone. Additionally some trains can go into, say, King's X when they would usually go into St Pancras but again, drivers have to sign (know) the route or they have a competent driver who knows it. A few years back HST's went into Waterloo which was weird but good to see.
Get a stand as the horn flinch is avoidable
If you had eyes to watch my other videos I do actually have 3 or 4 tripods, and it is called a tripod, not a stand unless you are talking about a light stand. So respectfully be quiet please.
